The home is family-friendly with enough space for up to 6 people, a Pack-N-Play for those with younger children, and plenty of games for all ages . We look forward to hosting you! The space Updated with a cozy and modern feel, this newly renovated home sleeps 6 comfortably and has a large backyard to enjoy the outdoors. You are welcome to enjoy everything it has to offer and in return, we ask that you are respectful of the home and its contents during the course of your stay. The home has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. Towels and linens are provided so you don't have to bring your own and there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you forget yours. There is a washer and dryer in the home for guest use and Wi-Fi throughout. There are SmartTVs located in the home for guests to access their favorite streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. There is a keyless self check-in and check-out process for your convenience and we’re always just one call or text away to help ensure you have an enjoyable stay here in Goldsboro. There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted inside the house. If you smoke, please use the outside area. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee

Great place to visit friends in Mt. Olive. Cozy and comfortable with cute Christmas decorations. Spacious bathrooms. Wifi worked well. Unfortunately there was a smell of cat pee throughout house.

House was clean, nicely decorated and had the amenities needed to enjoy a great weekend while we were in town for our son's soccer tournament. Restaurants, grocery, and the soccer complex all within 10-12 minutes drive, which made it very convenient to get around in a timely manner. Communication with Erin was fantastic - always super responsive.

We stayed here while my son was playing in a baseball tournament. The house is older but nicely updated and decorated. Wifi and smart tvs in the bedrooms and living room. We enjoyed it. Good communication with owner.

Had to travel to the area for a three day soccer tournament. I selected this property to have a nice cozy retreat in the evening after the games. Relaxing on the sofa watching Netflix and having a cozy stay was terrific. I would recommend the property and the host. Thank you!

The home was comfortable, very clean and as described. The beds were very comfortable which isn’t always the case with rentals. Our host, Erin, was very easy to work with and we would absolutely stay here again!! We especially enjoyed the large covered porch where we could sit outside. The book that was left on the coffee table with places to eat, what to do with leaving, etc., was very helpful.

We stayed here for 10 days while visiting my brother and family in Goldsboro for Christmas & New Year’s. We were only 10 minutes away from him, which was perfect. Property was just as described in the listing and the owner was very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again our next time in town!

Simple check in, thoughtful touches, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Was a great place for my sister and I to meet halfway with our daughters to celebrate the birthday girls. Cozied up on the couch for lots of movies thanks to the smart tv and ate at all their favorite restaurants. Very close to the Air Force base and would be a good place for a service memeber’s visiting relatives.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The house was super clean, had nice finishes and furnishings and a great wifi. It was very secure and quiet at night. I could sometimes see the jets from the front porch! Needed kitchen knives, but that's easy to fix. A little bit of a drive, maybe 10 minutes, to shopping and dining but not a problem for me, I'm used to 20 minutes. We attended a function at S. J. and it was a very convenient location for that.
