It was convenient and clean and a good value. The guy who checked me in was amazing.
I was woke up at 10 amby someone screaming. I was over an hour late for checkout in five minutes. Everyone throw me out. I'd say there are several times before and I like the hotel like the location it was always clean and I always checked out at 11. After I checked out my rent to get my deposit back and no one’s in the office and I sit there for a while waiting tried to call push the ring doorbell. Nothing so I left and went to get something to eat. When I called back to see if anyone was in the office, the lady answered. I’ve never seen her there before, but she told me that she was gonna be keeping the deposit because of the late checkout. So I pull back up to the hotel go in and she decides giving $30 back and keep 20 for a late checkout and I was like well. I’ve always checked out at 11 o’clock and I looked it up online and it said check out Kings in Memphis 11 AM showed that to her and she gave me the remaining $20 back to me. I thought that was fair but I have to go through that kind of rub me the wrong way wouldn’t wanna go through it again

Som mold smell in bathrooom. Maybe use a better sanitizer solution.
