This home is just how it looks in the pictures! The deck and outside areas are lovely

We have enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We were able to rent both houses on the river. One house contained two adult children with babies. The other was adults with no small children. I hadn’t planned on the beauty and the closeness of the river. The noise and the sight of the river were beautiful. We communicated with the owners a couple of times when we needed help, and they were very responsive.

This house is perfect for a riverside getaway. My sons loved the game room set up in the garage.

Would highly recommend this home. The interior was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We enjoyed the deck, rocking chairs, and the fire pit. The hot tub was wonderful after a trip to Crater Lake and a rafting trip on the Rogue River. If we were able to stay a day longer we would have loved to take out the bikes. We also recommend Rogue River Rafters. Within walking distance and Dancin Winery in Jacksonville about 20 min away. Thank you!

We enjoyed a great stay here. Perfect spot for attending a family party in Grants Pass while enjoying the quiet river retreat of the house. Very well appointed. Enjoyable experience of communication with the owner. We are all very pleased.

We rented this house and the one next door for a company retreat. The homes were both bright and clean and in excellent condition with lots of fun amenities indoors and outdoors. Communication with the owner and maintenance agent was prompt and helpful. The neighborhood was great. The river and views were beautiful. We didn't find the freeway volume to be a problem at all (we could hear it, but it wasn't loud or distracting). We loved that the living room/kitchen areas had LOTS of windows looking over the river. The top queen bunks weren't ideal for adults, but would be a great place for kids to sleep. The beds were clean and extra comfortable (we didn't use the pullouts or murphy beds). The hosts have obviously had some experience and done their research on creating a fantastic getaway! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice time during our mini vacation. The towels/robes were a little damp that were folder so we needed to throw them in the dryer before use. The hot water was extremely hot. Overall our visit was nice. There was plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements. We would definitely stay again.

The property worked great for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the pool table and game table in the garage. The team was very responsive for all our questions. The deck area was beautiful we enjoyed grilling out. We would stay at this property again if we were in the area. Thanks!

Clean house with lots of upgrades. Converted garage into a game room. The beds were all very comfortable with more than enough linens, towels & cloths. Great deck overlooking the River. I messaged the owner several times about an early check-in & although we weren't able to get in that much earlier, she was very responsive & nice. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

My husband and I both have all of our family close by and we have always had a hard time seeing and being with everyone when we visit. This home so the perfect place to have family come over to eat and relax and made our trip so special!

The drift away is a beautiful house with all the lovely touches. The outdoor space is quite magical with plenty of lounging options to enjoy. While you can hear the interstate at the house level, the noise dulls the closer to the river that you get. The river access is within the property with some calm water created by a rock barrier. Overall, the stay was good. Also, the local eating options were excellent, especially the carts in Gold Hill.

My son, his wife, 7 of their 8 children (ages 2-15) plus me and my little 14 year old doxie stayed at this amazing property for 4 nights and we have zero complaints! The hosts were responsive almost immediately with any (very minor) issues. The house was super clean, well appointed, the backyard was THE best feature of the home! The river is right down at the bottom of a trail from the backyard. Gorgeous river! No swimming there though. Rushing water. The outdoor lounge area (wifi, outlets, etc) was a wonderful respite. The jacuzzi is state of the art and we enjoyed it daily. Highly recommend this place!!!

Good location and nice facilities. Families enjoyed very much. One thing to check is both showers water pressure was not strong enough.

Sometimes you reserve a VRBO and hope for the best, sight unseen. This one went above and beyond! Fantastic bedroom set up and comfy beds and gathering areas; great back yard on the river. Right in town but not noisy. Loved the game room for the adult kids! Property owners thought of everything. Would definitely use them again!

This well appointed house has it all. The only thing missing is you! Seriously, this rental is centrally located within the town, and the roaring river is not only breath taking but extremely tranquil. We are sad that we didn't stay here longer...we will next time that's for sure.

We have a large family so we rented both houses and it worked out perfectly. We had an amazing time and the view of the river was beautiful.

We were excited to stay in this nice, newer home on the river with a great deck/patio and hot tub. We rented it specifically for my nephews to be able to fish from the property. You can barely see the river from the property and cannot hear it over the traffic. The path down is steep. Once you get past all of the goats (and poop) you'll find there is no bank to stand on and the river is too fast for any activities. We couldn't use the deck for our last two days because the handyman kept popping by unannounced. The top bunks are too close to the ceiling and lights for anyone over 10 to use. The garage is not a suitable 'room'-it's dirty, there's no HVAC or fans, and full of flies as the trash cans are right outside the door. The portable A/C is full of mold-so bad it would make people sick to use it. Extremely low water pressure in the bathrooms. The house was only 'dorm-room' clean. Surfaces looked ok, but everything else is grubby. Pieces of food, games, confetti, etc. all over floors. Fridge and freezer FILTHY. Human hair all over bathrooms and rugs. SO dusty. Our allergies were worse inside than out. It's time for a deep clean!

We had a game in Grants Pass and didn't want to make the return drive to Portland. We had 5 families that didn't want to either. This house worked perfectly. 5 teenage boys in the game room and adults in the living room. Couldn't ask for anything better. Wish we had more time.

Beautiful Home, we had everything we needed, great addition of gazebo, There was 8 of us, we made use of the trundle bed in the garage.

The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. The view of the river was great and relaxing from the deck of the home. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent, the only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was getting a $200 charge for damage that we didn't cause. I understand where the owner was coming from, she has to believe what her cleaning staff said, but we didn't cause the damage. I would recommend that everyone do a through walk-thru of any home you rent when you arrive and take pictures of things you find wrong and communicate them to the owner. Other than that, this was a great place and would recommend it to anyone!.
