Really great location and lovely view! The unit is appointed nicely with everything you need for a four night stay. We did not use the induction cook plate, but did enjoy the microwave, refrigerator and pour over coffee experience. The microwave can also be used as an oven. We did not try it, but it seemed like a good option if needed. There is a grill but we did not use it. The grill is not available during late Fall or Winter months so just check with the host as needed. Also we had a little trouble with the fireplace. The host came right away but it still did not operate well after that. We didn't really need it because it was not too cold but just know, it is the primary heat source for the main living area. All in all we loved this spot. The town was a little sleepy in late September but we found the spots the host recommended in the app provided to be excellent. There is even one hike that nobody really knows about that we did after reading her suggestion. Loved it. Everything was just as she said. Thank you so much for an amazing , one of a kind experience. The only thing we noticed is there is no dresser but some shelves in the closet to organize clothing. It could maybe use a dresser somewhere and a few more hanger options or coat hooks in the front "hall" area inside the unit.

Everything was great except the fireplace was a little hard to figure out. Even with the directions from the host (which are very clear), we could not get it to work on a consistent basis.

The location was great, a direct view of the entire battle beach.

One of the lights on the night stand did not work.

Loved the property! Loved that we are facing the ocean and also the modernized feel and design of the space. Heated floors in the bathroom, heated towel racks are definitely a plus!!

The A/C situation was difficult to figure out. We didn’t figure it out but we opened the windows and the breeze felt really nice.

Premium location, premium view, premium new-construction (2021) building, with an associated premium price. No problem there. All as advertised.

Ironically, however, there are no AC or USB power ports on the nightstand. You have to plug your AC wall wart power supply into the wall, halfway down the bed, around your knees. Straddle your iWatch over the power port, and dangle your USB cable to your iPhone to the floor and hope it does not disconnect. No AC outlets near the head of the bed to be found. But there is a self-powered nightlight that requires power from your iPhone to run. But at night, my iPhone needs charging, not discharging. Not sure how the architect of this building thought this was a good idea. Again, irony. And yes, a nice view of the ocean as advertised.
