Open floor plan with huge windows, sliding doors and a large deck facing Lake Arrowhead with 200 feet of shoreline. Three bedrooms, two full baths with a large loft with 4 additional beds. Walking distance to 2 Lake Arrowhead golf courses and 3 miles from world class Sand Valley Golf Course. Situated between 2 Lake Arrowhead beaches (0.6 miles and 1.0 miles away). Gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit near the lake. Large TV with local channels & DVD player in living area (sorry, NO INTERNET/WIFI but free WiFi available at nearby Pines Clubhouse). Minutes from biking, hiking, ATV trails and lake front bars and restaurants.

Great house for golfers playing Sand Valley. Big kitchen and great room. Nice deck with large grill. The house is really 4 bedrooms since the upstairs loft sleeps 4. The other 3 bedrooms are large. The 2 bathrooms are large. There is no WiFi for the house so no TV. You can get around that by using a laptop to logon to a phone hotspot. You can then stream shows and view on tv using a HDTV cable. 5G signal is decent. Also owner requires that you take your trash. Fortunately we had a second house with trash service.

The stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the beautiful view. The lake was very comfortable temperature wise. We enjoyed the fire pit one night and the spacious deck was a huge plus. The rooms were very big and nicely decorated. The only negative was the coffee machine did t work but we notified the owner and he was quick to troubleshoot with us.

Very happy with our stay. Owner provided a lovely house, games, kayaks (which we used to get to the beach!), life vests, floats, and some outdoor games. View of the lake is spectacular. Yard is spacious. We saw 3 fawns laying in the yard the first morning. Lots of fun.No WiFi, which meant no internet streaming on the TV, however there were lots of DVDs to watch.

We stayed here with a small group of friends for a long new year's weekend. The house was perfect and has a great layout. 3 huge bedrooms plus an oversized loft with extra beds. Plus an open concept layout with views of the lake, and a basement that was bigger than we thought.The hosts were super thoughtful and communicated with us about any questions. They had a welcome basket of snacks and coffee waiting for us! And the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Plenty of space for parking, and the lawn is beautiful and huge for when the weather is nice.We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I don't say this about most rentals, but I truly hope to visit again some day!
