We selected this unit for location and price considerations. Being on the Vail shuttle route makes access to Vail Village simple. The condo has everything a smaller group needs. Yes it’s a little older but no complaints. Biggest thing for us was relatively quiet and buffer from I-70 above

The proximity to the ski bus and being right on the creek are great. We loved using the wood stove for ambiance and heat. That being said there are some fundamental flaws. The subfloor is not up to code and is warped and squeaky with varied floor coverings from the 80s. There was a very good attempt to update with paint and that is appreciated but there are too many major things to overlook. New mattresses would be a great start. You are asked to strip the sheets before leaving and that is a bad last impression with the age and state of the mattresses. I got this for a great deal. Am appreciative of the accommodations but know as a rental owner myself that I would never allow this for my guests.

Roomy 2 bedroom condo in West Vail, close to the bus stop, and with a back porch bordering on the stream. First floor condo so not much light, but this is VAIL. You just can't get a better deal at this price.

Absolutely perfect stay in this beautiful condo! Quick 6 minute drive to Vail Village or Lionshead. Shuttle also conveniently located right outside if you didn’t want to drive into the village. Condo had absolutely everything we could need and more. Cozy feel and was super spacious. Amazing stay in Vail!

Beautiful location. However we found a mouse stuck in a bathtub when we arrived that appeared to have been there a while evidenced by the amount of droppings in the tub. Also saw a second mouse running in the living room during our stay. The patio furniture was dirty enough that we didn’t want to sit or eat out there. They did send a housekeeper and someone to hose off the patio and give us some mouse traps after notifying them. The CO2 monitor went off randomly in the middle of the night and we had to call the fire department…turned out to be a false alarm. Again, beautiful location but the mice had us on edge the entire stay.

This place could be fine. It has a cute living space with comfortable couches and great location but that's ruined by the lack of instruction on how to work the ancient coded entrance door that leads through the main bedroom. That could all be overlooked if the place was clean and had comfortable beds but not the case! Floors were filthy, main bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep, sheets had big stain, hair in one bathtub, main bedroom shower was tiny and shower head needed to be replaced- squirting water all out the sides.
Well you would think when you tell Vacasa the managing company they would get the sheets swapped and have the place cleaned but no, all they did was bring more towels and halfway made the bed. Didn't change the stained sheets or clean anything! That was the most frustrating part. We just had to overlook it all and deal with it. Had to get a hotel the last night just so we could sleep.
The place has potential but with this management it's a terrible place to waste 450 a night on

We loved the mountain stream just beyond the back patio. The 2 bedrooms were nice sized and plenty of space in the condo for everyone to relax and enjoy. The parking spot was close by, so it was easy to carry our ski gear in from the car. The location was close to Vail Village and Lion's Head. Just a short 5 min drive to the slopes. Convenient grocery store was 3 minutes away. The free shuttle was close by and very convenient.

Cozy mountain getaway

Great place, so close to Vail
We truly enjoyed our stay here. So close to Vail. Comfortable beds, clean and right next to creek. Only issue we had was you can hear the residents immediately above and next door to this condo.

Perfect condo for our family's annual week-long vacation in Vail. We've been coming to Vail since 1975 and summer's our favorite time to come. B9 is perfect - ground floor, rustic (but not too rustic) and just 20' from Gore Creek. We fish, wade & sit out on the deck with a great view of the creek. It's fun for all ages! The unit's clean, comfortable & has everything we need. We've been renting this unit for many years and haven't found anything that can beat it - especially the price!

Great creek..........
Really liked the patio opening to Gore Creek. Great sitting out there and relaxing to the sound of the creek. Check in? Need to have listed on the site or send email where check in is. It is on the other side of Vail. Called for check in instructions and did not tell me that we are not on site, etc. During the day, sitting on the patio/living room/kitchen was great. However, both rooms face I-70 and have to have windows open during the summer. There was heavy construction at night 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there. It was very noisy. The last night no construction but still could hear traffic. At lease it slowed down after 11 or so. Relatively noisy upstairs with noises/foot steps easily audible. Lastly, the front door opened into one of the bedrooms. Any one coming in through the front door must go through a bedroom.

Accessing the condo was easy and convenient. It was a 15-20 minute shuttle ride from the condo to Lionshead/Vail Village. Very cozy and more than enough space for four people. Great scenery in the back patio with a small creek and view of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

Good location just outside of heart of town. One negative was we came in at night and it was dark and the units are poorly marked and difficult to find. I'd recommend bringing a flashlight if you're arriving at night. Otherwise, great bus pick-up location with easy access to and from town.

The condo is quite worn. My daughter bloodied her heel on an exposed carpet tack outside the bathroom. The sofa couch is so thin and uncomfortable that it is almost inhumane to make someone sleep on it. I made my youngest and lightest children tough it out on the couch. The bathrooms are also cramped and dated.
