Great condo in a great location near the beach and Entertainment

Well equipped great location

The condo was perfect! The location and proximity to private beach access and local restaurants/shops couldn’t be better. The condo was was clean and fully stocked with anything needed- beach towels, beach toys & chairs, coffee, condiments, cooking supplies and more. Glenn and Dan were awesome and helpful whenever needed. They went above and beyond- they even took the time to locate and mail a valuable item we accidentally left behind. I highly recommend their condo if you want a relaxing, worry free escape.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept, clean and the proximity to the beach is excellent. We never lugged a cooler down (although there was a soft sided cooler available) we just returned to the condo for meals. Glenn and Dan are superb hosts, they responded quickly when asked questions and the unit is well stocked, towels, linens, paper towel, coffee/tea. It was a such a nice gesture to arrive to cold waters a snacks on the table. I would definitely stay again.

The condo smelled better than anywhere I have ever stayed! It was so cleaned and very well stocked. We loved it.

Glens property is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a beach visit. I had a great time visiting my grandson. Fairly short walk to the beach, pool, grocery store and a few restaurants. Thx Glen!

The trip was perfect. We had everything we needed. The owners made sure we had beach chairs, beach towels, toiletries and snacks. We would stay here again.

From the point of check in to the end of our trip, we enjoyed every minute. It’s no easy task getting three kids to and from the beach, but with the location so close to the beach entrance it made that part very simple. The area was very clean and Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly. My daughter has special needs and at first I hesitated on a long trip from home, but this property is very safe and everything is well taken care of. The pool is an extra bonus. When the kids got tired of being at the beach all day we had an amazing pool just steps away. I would love to stay there again soon!

The property was great and just as described. Glenn was great to work with and very responsive. We would stay at this property if ever in the area.

We felt like we were staying at a friend’s place and would definitely recommend to others. So cozy and easy to get to the beach multiple times a day.

I came here to celebrate a milestone birthday with my family and absolutely loved the condo. It was the view in your pics that made me want book and I was not disappointed. The condo is a great location with walking distance to local restaurants and the supermarket. It was about 18 minutes to Charleston. Loved the 2nd floor balcony. I’d sit on it and enjoy my morning coffee or evening cocktail. Everything was provided in condo even beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. There were even complimentary waters, flavored waters and snacks provided. Access to the beach, pool and private pier was very easy with key code. Every night my boys and I would take a walk on the private pier. Thank you for allowing my family and use your condo. It was lovely!! Glenn you are a great host.

The condo was wonderful and had terrific beach access. Communication with the property owner/manager was very clear and he provided a lot of helpful information about the property and the neighborhood resources. We recommend highly and would definitely return to this property.

This condo was wonderful, clean, perfectly located. There is a beautiful view off the balcony and out the front door. Restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store around the corner. The host, Glenn, was so thoughtful. He emailed restaurant recommendations when he found out it was our first visit to the area. The thoughtfulness continued in the details; beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a little cart to carry the beach things. There were even headlamps for the beach at night. 5 stars!!

We really enjoyed our visit to IOP. The condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we could need. Loved the view of the ocean!

We loved our stay at this condo! Could not have asked for a more convenient property - easy access to the beach, and short walk to the restaurants. Also, the unit had a supply of boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels! It was so nice not to have to pack all of our beach stuff. The condo was super clean and well appointed. Nightlights, cookware, extra toiletries, even cold Hint water waiting for us in the fridge! The extras made our stay very comfortable. Everything was nicely cleaned and there were plenty of linens and towels. Our Host really thought of every detail!

When traveling for a baseball/beach trip you don’t have a lot of room in the car and Glenn had everything you would need for the beach! Great location and easy drive to The Shipyard Park!

Glenn’s property was everything as advertised plus more. The location was close to food and the beach. No need to get in the car for much of anything. The cabin was well stocked with coffee waters and snacks as a little something extra. Glenn even reached out prior with his suggestions while in the area and that is something I loved! Can’t wait to come back and when in the area I would definitely choose to stay here again!

My husband and I just stayed for a long weekend. The condo was clean with nice welcoming amenities like water bottles, chocolates and beach snacks available. Getting into the condo was a breeze with great communication a few days before arrival. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella for a family of four but we brought our own. Keurig coffee maker with nice choices of k cups was also available. Great location right on the beach with very short walk to dining and shopping options. Would highly recommend for a couple getaway.
