This is a beautifully updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa with incredible long marsh views highlighted by dazzling sunsets each night! Once inside you will be greeted with natural light as your eyes are drawn to the unique beauty of the low country. This one floor luxury living has all the conveniences you could ask for. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and both Keurig and regular brew coffee makers. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 4. Enjoy the scenery from the cozy living room area or catch your favorite show on the 55" HDTV w/Netflix. Sliding doors lead to the screened porch-the perfect place to watch the fascinating eco system of the coastal marsh play out in front of you in spectacular fashion. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and full bath access. Another set of sliding doors access the screened porch with 2 wicker rocking chairs to relax in with your favorite beverage of choice. The full bath is updated with single vanity and tiled walk in shower. Adjacent to the bath, a stacked washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Bay Pointe Villa's have a private community pool, charcoal grill and a dock with kayak rack. Hop on a bike and you can be just about anywhere in minutes. Located just outside the main gate of Seabrook Island in it's own gated community close to the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center. Bay Pointe Villa's have a private community pool, charcoal grill and a dock. Hop on a bike and you can be just about anywhere in minutes. Bohicket Marina is just a block away, while Freshfields Shopping Village is just a bit further down the bike trail. Enjoy all the best that Seabrook has to offer from this sensational property. ** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase for a daily or weekly fee. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. This was our first time staying at Bay Pointe Villas and we were not disappointed. It’s a beautiful spot in the midst of salt marshes near Bohicket Creek with a great dog and beautiful views. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped - nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island. The property was clean and comfortable with a great view. The people at Coastal Getaways went above and beyond with what they provided. It was more than we expected. Our daughter wants to move there now! We couldn't have been happier.

We go to Seabrook every year for our wedding anniversary and really love Bay Pointe specifically. This is the first time we've stayed in this condo. Great location & views, very comfortable....with the exception of the bed, but we're a little spoiled because of our mattress at home. Otherwise, loved our visit!

The rental was beautiful and very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was with the shower head that was broken when we arrived but it was fixed within 1-2 days. The dryer was also not functioning but this was not an issue for us as we could use my parents dryer since they live in Baypointe. Overall great stay and we would love to book the rental again for a weekend in September.

Nice, Newer Condo
Even though this property is technically outside the main Seabrook entrance gate, there is a gated entrance to this condo complex. Beautiful views of Bohicket Creek and the marsh, and very convenient to Freshfields.

We really enjoyed this condo. The location is great , from the proximity to fresh field village to the short drive to the beach. The view every morning and sunset is beautiful. We will be back!

Quiet Getaway
This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you're away from it all - but still in walking distance of anything you need. You have unobstructed views of the marsh and the sunset, a very quiet area with walking and biking and trails, quick access to the beach, and a nearby shopping village with plenty of shops and restaurants. You could spend your whole vacation here, but Charleston is also just a short drive away.

We are so happy to have discovered Seabrook Island! This property was clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, with a comfortable bed, large shower, beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautifully decorated with touches of coastal living sprinkled throughout. We enjoyed watching the sail boat race from the living room windows, shrimping boats coming in across the Wadmalaw River, birds flying by and gorgeous sunsets. Having a choice between numerous pools and/or the beach so close by was really nice. We loved walking around the Bohicket Marina and shopping at the Freshfields Village. We have fallen in love with SI and can’t wait to return!

We’ve been staying with VRBO for many years now, in Seabrook Island and elsewhere, and this was by far the most well-stocked (and perhaps cleanest) unit we’ve stayed in. Wine bottle opener? Check. Extra pillows? Check. Quality cookware? Check. Bandaids, sunscreen, olive oil, puzzles, games, spare coffee carafe…check check and check. Lovely view—and we felt like we had the whole marsh to ourselves. Even getting onto the resort was easier this year because this property, while gated, doesn’t require getting in the line to enter the rest of Seabrook.

This villa is the perfect location to explore the Seabrook Island/Kiawah Island area. Relaxation is the main activity or there is much to do if you want to get outdoors. This villa has a magnificent view and you feel like you are the only villa in the area due to the layout and design of the property.
