We had such an incredible time at this property. Our family was moving to the area and needed a last minute place to stay while we closed on our house. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The area is close to everything! 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minute drive to Kroger, and just around the corner from the Masters. The neighbors were super friendly. We walked around the streets every morning with my one year old and dog and felt completely safe. Book this property and you will have an amazing time! We will be using Trey’s properties when my family comes to town from now on.

The cottage was absolutely worth every penny!! The host was awesome.. location was great.. overall very pleased and will definitely be staying there again when we go to Augusta.

A very nicely rentivated home. The interior was first class! We stayed for 25 days while I home was under repairs. Met about half of the neighbors. Good location. Close to downtown & all of the medical & business district. The owner is very responsive & a nice guy. We definitely recommend this great little place!😀

Loved it! Everything was as advertised. Easy to find and very convenient for us! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was adequately appointed and stocked. The welcome gift basket was the THE BEST I’ve ever had! so thoughtful! We could not get the the tv to work with just regular abc, nbc etc channels. It might be helpful to add an HD antennae to your set up. If I ever get back to the area I will certainly try to get this house again!

Location was excellent! It’s a small quiet neighborhood tucked in off the main road. Within minutes to Augusta Riverwalk, downtown, many shops, restaurants and parks! The cottage is adorable, updated, clean and comfortable. Our puppy enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard. We enjoyed the nice deck. The owner was always quick to respond. Great place to stay!

I rented this cute cottage for a week so my parents would have a place to stay while my husband and I did some extensive work to their home (which was within walking distance.) This home and many others in the area were built in the 40s, but you certainly wouldn't have guessed that with the renovations and updates the homeowner has made to this house, all while maintaining the charm and character of a home from the 40s! The photos provided in this listing are spot on! My parents wanted for nothing- The house was well equipped with everything needed! This would be a GREAT Master's rental option or a place for family to stay while visiting for the holidays!!! (Side note: I hope to mimic some of the updates/designs made to this house in my parents home! B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l-l-y done!)

I really enjoyed my stay in the little blue cottage. When I walked in the place was so immaculate that I felt bad for unpacking and making a mess. And I loved how clean it smelled. The upgrades are beautiful and the furniture was all so comfortable especially the bed. I loved the black out curtains because I needed to get to sleep before the sun had gone down for an early morning race. My 16 year old chihuahua enjoyed exploring the HUGE fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was extremely quiet but just minutes to the large retail area on Washington. Perfect location as it was 10 min to downtown, 10 minutes to I20. The owner sent a message to check in with me to make sure I was enjoying myself and had everything I needed. Thoughtful to do. Definitely would stay here again!

The house is VERY cute and well decorated. Any problems we had the owner took care of right away.

The property showed as a recent rehab and beautifully appointed. My only drawback was that the bathroom was tight. But it served its purpose. The neighborhood was not luxe but it was indeed safe and I was quite comfortable and close to Augusta National

My mom and I had to quickly find a place to stay when my cancer relapsed and I was being enrolled for a trial at a hospital in Georgia. This was the perfect place to stay, only 10 minutes from the hospital. The property manager, Trey, was so understanding with our situation of not knowing how long we would be staying. The house itself you can tell is recently renovated. It was cozy and in a great location, close to Downtown Augusta. It was the perfect home away from home. If I ever had to go back to Georgia for treatment, I would stay here again in a heart beat!
