Private garage parking available. - Each bedroom has memory foam Queen-sized beds - In-unit washer and dryer with Tide-pods provided - Dishwasher in kitchen with Dish pods provided - Keurig with manual coffee maker combo - Two bathrooms stocked with hand-soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion - Android Smart TV with Sling (Netflix, Hulu, and Prime available with your own log-in) - Table and chairs in kitchen to work on - Large walk-in closet in Master bedroom - Centrally located in Peoria Guests have the whole space to themselves. Please message me if you encounter any issues with your stay. I will respond within 20 min. Quiet and safe neighborhood, located near day care center. Safety is my number priority! There is an outdoor security camera, located by the entrance. Absolutely no recording devices are inside. The plug-ins near the door are to support the digital August Smart Lock. We do not allow smoking of any kind in this property. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators will be charged a $300 penalty and may be subject to immediate eviction. No refunds. When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests will be expected to pay a fee/night of stay. - Absolutely no parties/gathering of more than the original stated amount of guests. - Smoking is not tolerated and will be fined - Shoes off in the apartment. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Breaking any of the rules will result in a $200 penalty.

I came into town for the holidays and had a great stay. Had all the necessities and it was a quiet building. Matthew was easy to work with and very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here when I’m in town next time!

Great stay. Try to check in before it gets dark. I had a hard time finding the actual property being alone. The area is great and safe, but just had me a bit confused on which area to focus on. Everything was very comfortable and nice.

We stayed at this apartment while playing the Ledgestone disc golf tournament and the accommodations were perfect for the three of us. The location was easy to access main roads, restaurants, and shopping centers. The unit itself was well equipped for making breakfast and cleaning up after tournament rounds. The only suggestion we could give to the host would be to upgrade the couch in the living room to be a pull out bed but besides that we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The apartment was perfect for us and much less that a hotel would have been for two rooms for the weekend. We were in and out all weekend and the location was perfect for us. Our only issue was parking. We have a handicap placard for my husband and one of the residents backed in and took half the handicap space and blocked the marked walkway to the stairs and left her car there.

I didn’t realize this listing was in a 12 unit condo/apartment building when I agreed to rest it. The outdoor hallway had lots of bird poop and debris . We had to search for towels fo ding them in the outside balcony closet. There were no washcloths and all towels were very thin and need to be replaced. The kitchen had to be wiped down before use as there was a residue on the counters, sink and cooking pots. The lazy susan cabinet was very dirty and is in need of a good cleaning. The carpet was clean but dated. The master shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced. I would not be able to recommend this listing.

Apartment was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Bathroom that is closest to hallway, the mirror was dirty. We had to dry the towels which was very inconvenient as we couldn’t shower upon arrival. . For the price of our stay the towels should be clean, dry and available in the bathrooms. Both bedrooms had broken window blinds. Replacement of this type of window blind (very basic) is an easy fix and obviously has gone unattended for a long time.

Upon arriving at the property, I could not gain access because the batteries in the keyless entry were dead. I contacted the property manager and he immediately resolved the issue. The rest of our stay was top notch! The apartment was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I would definitely choose this property again.

Great Condo on the second floor. Everything that you need is right on site. Large two bedroom and two bath. We were comfortable and host was amazing. Could use some extra seating in living room area and the master bathroom ceiling above toilet needs painting. My daughter lives in Peoria so will use again for quick trips in and out of town. Thank you for letting us stay.

We enjoyed our second stay in this clean, beautiful property that everything we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was close to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, and shower water pressure is good. The bonus of the washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron came in handy on a very hot weekend. The property was cool upon our hot arrival day and remained cool all weekend, despite the heat (97 degrees). We plan to return to this property in the future.

This is our second time staying at this property. Unit was very clean and the host ensured that suggestions we made after our last visit were implemented. We were in town for Bradley University’s graduation weekend. It was nice to have our family and pet stay here rather a hotel. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. Highly recommend!
