Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The huge 4500-square-foot ocean-side Mas Tequila is perfectly detailed with a complete resort furniture and amenity package. This vacation rental is a very short walk to the subdivision ocean boardwalk. The ground level has extensive concrete parking with two carports, two outside showers, a fish station, under house entry, and an extra-large concrete pool with deck furniture. The first level has a large game room with a pool table, dart board, TV, surround sound stereo, wet bar with a mini-fridge, full-size fridge, and elevator. All ceilings in Mas Tequila are 9' or higher. The second level has a laundry nook. The well-furnished third-story great room has cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a 50' TV, and a surround-sound stereo system. MAS TEQUILA enjoys incredible ocean and sunset views from the large east and west furnished outside decks. A good-sized covered ocean deck offers plenty of sun protection. The large well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island bar. The over-the-top dining table shows extraordinary sunset views over the west deck. The fourth-story loft has a big game table, wet bar, futon couch, and deck access to panoramic ocean views. All bedrooms have TVs, and the ocean-view primary bedroom has deck access to the hot tub and a bathroom with a shower. The second main bedroom has deck access, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a garden tub and shower. Three guest bedrooms also have deck access; one is ocean-view with a desk. Things to Know The fireplace is available from October through April The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect for big families! The pool, game room, outdoor showers and location to the beach were amazing! The view from the top floor will take your breath away! We loved our time at Mas Tequila and will book again! Just a few things I would suggest. Bring extra bath towels, sharp kitchen knives and your own spices. For some reason I thought the kitchen had a spice rack. All together it was pretty perfect!!

Close walking distance to 2 beach entrances, great pool and big bedrooms with bathrooms. We have stayed here 3 times and it's a perfect house for a lot of people. The elevator is a convenient thing to have for arrival and departure packing and unpacking! Love it!

We have stayed here for a couple years now and it seems that since Vacasa has taken over and you have a problem they could care less. I turned in several things over the course of our stay and nothing was ever taken care of except when they brought us towels because there wasn’t enough for all of us, then they brought us lots of hand towels and 2 bath towels

House was nice but no air conditioning for 3 nights was ridiculous. Called every day and they said they would send someone out, but not until the 4th night was it fixed. Not good when you have 1 person in our group with skin conditions and 1 person that has to wear a CPAP.

Location was great and we liked the house! Unfortunately, house was not cleaned well before we entered. Sand and dust bunnies all over the floor that I swept up. Dust on the bannister that had been there for months. The topper however was dog crap in the elevator! Told Vacasa right away via text with only ever a text reply! No callback despite my asking several times! Not very pleased with the service!

We love the ocean. Mas Tequila was fabulous. Comfortable, roomy, well supplied with cooking utensils, cozy, loved the views, closeness to shopping, wonderful having an elevator. Our dog adjusted quickly and well. Second time renting. Would recommend for large family or a couple of families. Plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was as said on website with the exception of the mattress in the top floor master bedroom must of had a very large human sleeping on it because it sank down so much you couldn't even roll over sleeping on that side the bed. Also the railing on the deck on top deck someone needs to check....someone is gonna get hurt really bad it's very loose

This house was very clean upon arrival, laid out well for entertaining, the kitchen was fully stocked ~ honestly had everything you could possibly need to entertain! Loved the location, bedroom sizes were large probably the largest of any house we’ve rented ( and we’ve been renting in Avon for 15 years)! Definitely would recommend!

We incurred a A/C prior to our arrival. They were clear of all actions to mitigate problem and at our arrival there was none. Repair was complete. The cottage/house was very clean. Thank you for starting our long awaited vacation great and it was nice knowing such a class company head our back. Thank you again!!

This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We are huge fans of cooking big dinners and this house has everything you need. Views of the ocean from both the 2nd and 3rd levels are a treat. Our group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out.

Mas Tequila is the perfect place to enjoy a week at OBX. It has great ocean views, close beach access, very comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. If you're not at the beach, the pool and hot tub are available. We really liked the pool because it had afternoon shade and was not on the Rt 12 side of the house.
