The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys! The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a king bed, TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The beautifully appointed travertine master bath features a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The main floor bunk room is an ideal spot for the kids to hang out and it features a twin over a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps up to 6. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a large TV. A the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

Beautiful property on a quiet cul de sac. The place had so much space and was very neat and clean. Lots of considerate touches like varied pillows and bedding and even treats and accessories for your dog. We never saw a car or truck on our road the whole time. The hot tub on the edge of the woods was perfect for relaxing and looking at the stars. The game room garage was so much fun for our whole family. Definitely staying here again in the summer as well as winter.

Great house for family vacation
The house is in a great location within the Suncadia Resort, adjacent to one of the many walking/hiking trails. It was very clean and well furnished. The management company was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great week there, and barbecued every night!

Great home. Loved the location. Missing a mixer, a regular coffee pot and enough place mats - which affected us since we ate all our meals in. Otherwise we had a fabulous experience!

Company Christmas party
We went for just the weekend with 2 of my employees and their families.
The house was beautiful and such a relaxing place for the weekend. The kitchen worked great for our special Christmas dinner thank you so much for such a special Christmas occasion.

First I want to say that the Management Company was the most responsive of any I've ever dealt with. Alicia was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Quite refreshing!
The home itself was wonderful, but did have a couple issues that was a bit concerning to us...though likely minor issue with others. There was a strong chemical smell in the house that we thought were cleansers used by the house cleaner. My wife's nose has always been sensitive so it was very bothersome to her but I just ignored it and knew I would get used to it. Our friends showed up a day later and also noticed it. By the second day we discovered the smell emanated from a large antique bookshelf. My wife ran to Cle Elum and purchased scented pine cones. It helped a little. I did mention it to the management company so hopefully this will be remedied.
The second issue was the road noise. The house is very close to Bullfrog Road, which is the main road that leads to I-90. Mornings and late afternoons have heavier traffic from commuters, so noise was louder then. I tend to be more sensitive to road noise but I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue with others. Also, you don't really hear the noise inside the house and there's very little traffic late at night.
That said, we really enjoyed the house. We relaxed in the hot tub at night and sat at the fire with a cup of coffee in the mornings. But most of our time was spent listening to music in the house with a nice roaring fire. We talked about playing pool in the garage but found it too enjoyable just talking and drinking wine at the fireplace.
Some said the beds were hard but I found them comfortable. We slept with the window open and enjoyed the sound of bull elks bugeling at night. We did hear our friends walking around in their room upstairs, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome. The kitchen was well appointed, though my wife wished they had plastic wine goblets for outside and a hand mixer for baking.
The home itself was beautiful, though had very little wall decor. The lot is large, so the home isn't sitting shoulder to shoulder with other homes like many others in Suncadia. There were large tvs for our viewing pleasure and very comfortable sofas with built-in recliners. The trail right next to the house was a plus as we were able to take a nice walk without having to drive to it.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and were able to enjoy our 10 year Anniversary in high fashion.

Was exactly how it was described, I would just suggest you bring tupperware, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, that kind of thing as they do not have... hair dryers too!! But the house was great, perfect location, clean, remote and could enjoy the peace and quiet around!

The setting was beautiful and the house was well equipped and clean. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the patio table fit all 10 of us. The kitchen was beautiful and big enough for many people to prepare food at one time. We enjoyed the trails, walking with the kids and dogs. Lake Easton was a beautiful little lake to paddle board, boat, and sit by the lake. I'd love to return another time.

Peaceful and recharging.
Our family was feeling a bit of cabin fever and decided a change of scenery was needed. This house was just perfect! The great private backyard was our own winter wonderland. The kids were able to do their online school while my husband worked at the same time with no internet issues. This left lots of time for my mother in law and I to relax and watch movies and binge watch shows on Hulu that we don't have at our own home. The kitchen was nice and large to allow family dinners. The house was in great shape and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home for your next getaway.
