Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home is great for entertaining, with a fantastic garage game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. Rose’ All Day is perfect for 3 families or up to 4 couples. KEY FEATURES: * In Suncadia Resort on a quiet cul-de-sac! * 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 6 Twin Beds (Sleeps 14) * Ideal Retreat for multiple families, or mature adult groups * 4 Bedrooms (2 Master Suites) | 3 Full Baths and 1 half bath * Garage Game Room with Ping Pong, Comfortable Couches, and a large TV w/YouTube TV and PS4 Game Station * Private Hot Tub | Free WiFi Internet | AC | Gas BBQ | Gas Fire Pit * 4 TVs with YouTube TV | 2 DVD Players * Pet Friendly - Bring your furry friends! The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys! Down the hallway from the kitchen is a fabulous, heated game room in the garage. The room is equipped with a comfortable sectional, ping pong table, card table, and a large TV and a PS4 Game Console (some games are provided). The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a King Bed, TV, and beautifully appointed master bath. The walk-in tile shower is spa inspired with a rain shower head, two wall shower heads, and two wall jets. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a King Bed with a guest bath just outside the bedroom door. The second bedroom is a Master Suite with 2 Queen Beds and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom is an ideal spot for the kids and has 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and two pull-out Twin trundle beds. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Rose All Day property. The home was everything that was presented on the Vrbo site. Beautiful surroundings, surrounded by three feet of snow. The interior was well appointed, comfortable, clean and very inviting and warm. Everyone loved the two story fireplace, the large kitchen, bedrooms, game room and hot tub. Loved our stay, wish we had more time to spend in Suncadia, so I'm sure we will return in the summer. The Vrbo team was always available and ready to assist with any questions and assist as needed. Great Stay, Great Home, Highly recommend "Rose All Day"

This was the perfect house for a family holiday gathering! All the rooms were amply sized to accommodate a group and the kitchen had everything we needed. Add in the Christmas tree, skating, sledding and hot cocoa at the lodge all combined for a wonderful family holiday to remember!

We had the offsite for our board on the two properties next to each other. The properties were just right for all of us to find time to reflect and plan together and yet have some fun while doing so.

I had a few friends come up for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and had such a great time. We spent most of our time on the deck, hanging around the fire pit, in the hot tub and in the kitchen cooking up yummy meals. The kitchen was gray and had almost everything we needed. We ran out of propane and they brought some right away. Would definitely rent again!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed out stay at Rose All Day! The place was fully furnished with everything we needed for an extended weekend. Comfortable beds and clean interior. We really enjoyed the patio seating and heat lamps for the evenings and took full advantage of the game room. The home is minutes away from the golf courses and restaurants! WE also enjoyed jumping on the nearby trails for a morning walk!

With the exception of a few things that were not cleaned like the shower drains that had a huge hair clog and several disruptions, because we had to call management to have them come fix some things. The house is beautiful, but we were right next door to very loud construction! And my brother-in-law has PTSD and this did not go good. His nerves were absolutely shot, and he had to stay inside my elderly mom who requires a nap every day could not sleep because of all the hammering, and the workers were very sweet and nice, but they were loud and a bit obnoxious. I picked this house because it said it was that woods and secluded and very private and quiet but none of that seem to be true when we got there.

The area is amazing. We've stayed in Suncadia many times in the past. This home seems to be one of the lower end homes with much needed maintenance and upkeep. Dining room chairs were awful. Springs falling out and hard to even sit in. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Armoire almost fell apart when I opened it and tried to close it. Decor in living room had broken pieces. Throw pillows were very worn and sorry looking. Master bath's toilet would not flush on the second night, then flushed again on the third day. I could not tell you why. Nice of the owners to have sleds and toys for kids in garage, however finding a few broken when grabbed them to go play with the kids was frustrating. .For the amount of money we spent, I can not say it was remotely worth it. I would recommend someone keep looking for a better property and better value.

We had a fantastic Christmas Celebration for 4 days while staying here for 4 nights. Excellent Location, House is perfectly set up for 4 couples with a few young kids. House is set up with everything that is needed for a comfortable Holiday stay. Only recommendation I would suggest for future improvement would be getting rid of the existing dining room chairs and replacing or repairing the seat cushions. Other than that small detail the place is outstanding. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Rose’ All Day in Suncadia was the perfect get away. Golf, hiking, game room or just relaxing it has it all. Not to mention the hot tub and plenty of space for everyone!

We stayed at this home for an annual trip I do with friends from college. The home was large, had great common areas, and even a back to play yard games.
My only comment is that the French doors leading to the back were tricky and didn't seem to work great (even with the handy instructions on the doors).
