Welcome to What If Beach House Lower-Level Apartment! Nestled in beautiful Cherry Grove Beach, SC—home to one of Tripadvisor's Top 25 Beaches in the U.S.—this charming coastal retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is thoughtfully designed as two completely separate apartments. The upper level has its own private entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces between the two units. Your private lower-level apartment offers convenient off-street parking and its own entrance. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the upstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.

Clean, well maintained lower level apartment. Easy access to private pool, beach. Starter supplies & provided linens were so appreciated! Perfect size for our last minute getaway (us plus 2 YA kids).

Walking distance to beach, clean home, comfortable beds, swimming pool in the backyard, really nice neighborhood, grocery shopping conveniently right down the street.. I could go on and on. We loved it and would 100% stay here again

Great location not too crowded on July 4th. Great beach and only a short walk with our wagon. The house was clean and modern and it had everything we needed for 5 nights. TVs had plenty of channel choices. The private pool was awesome. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen. One of our best beach trips ever.
