Situated in Visalia, this charming house for $150 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Gorgeous upgraded new family house with amazing outdoor space featuring a lighted gazebo, and a BBQ grill. Spacious living room is equipped with a smart 70 inch TV, various board games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away. The space This 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries. Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day! The setup: Master bedroom - King size bed /w standing shower + separate tub + walk-in closet Guest bedrooms #2 - Queen size bed /w closet space Guest bedrooms #3 - Full size bed /w closet space Guest bedroom #4 - 1 Full + 1 Single size bed /w closet space The house is ideal for a group of 9 or less, we can accommodate slightly bigger group but please keep that in mind when you book. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking tools, and dining ware to prepare meals in the house. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard as well. The living room has ample seating spaces and a 70" smart TV connected to internet to stream any content from your own devices (Apple or Android devices required) or directly thru the TV app. There are various board games to keep your group entertained all night long! The backyard has a large gazebo with outdoor seating. There are romantic light strings all over the backyard to create a relaxing atmosphere for your group gatherings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage.

This property is perfect! My family of 10 was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how accommodating it was! Everyone had plenty of room and the teens especially enjoyed the gaming system! It is located in the perfect place just minutes from drive thrus, grocery stores, and shopping. We also drove comfortably to Sequoia NP, Kings Canyon NP, and Yosemite NP during our stay. The host was very communicative, answering all of our questions, offering recommendations for local restaurants, and taking care of small things that arose while we were there. We had the best time and enjoyed staying here very much! Thank you for making my parents' 50th anniversary so very special for all of us!!

We traveled to Visalia for the weekend to attend a wedding. The house was easy to find (right on the corner of the tract and off of a busy road with a railroad crossing). There were enough bedrooms to accommodate the 4 of us. The house and backyard need to be decluttered of personal items and need a deep cleaning and updated living room furniture. The master bathroom bathtub leaked, the garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher would not turn on and had dirty dishes in it. The internet was really slow and the TV buffered anytime we used it. There is no cable. The road noise was really loud because the tracks acted as a speed cushion that make a loud noise every time a car crossed. We were there for a family wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the property.

We rented this house while in Visalia for a family wedding. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Communication with the property managers was easy and we had zero issues during our stay. When visiting Visalia in the future, we will definitely look into renting this property again.

Overall this is a great property, especially for a family. The split wing with a master suite on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other end.
Note for renters to consider when packing….
The property is next to train tracks so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Also a sleep mask for the master bedroom since it gets the morning sun. Lastly bring your own coffee for the drip coffee maker. Enjoy!

We lived in Visalia not far from this house when our children were young. We returned for a family gathering with our now adult children and their spouses. The location was perfect for a walk through our old neighborhood. It was convenient to grocery stores and all of Visalia. The home itself was immaculate and well appointed. We loved that there was no carpet. There was plenty of comfy furniture, games and big screen TV. The kitchen was well stocked and did I mention clean? The split bedroom plan was nice for privacy and the mattresses were firm, yet comfortable. I'd like to know the brand of the King size mattress as I would like to have one like it! Hands down 5 stars and highly recommend.

Family trip: spent the day at Sequoia National Park, then spent the rest of the evening in the beautiful and inviting home, which is conveniently located close to Walmart. We barbecued and enjoyed the outdoors just as much as the home. The only thing I wish we could’ve had, was more time on the day of checkout, since 10am is pretty early. Overall an enjoyable stay with all necessities provided.

Our family of 6 stayed three nights here while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The home is beautiful and new, excellent quality throughout. Close enough to the national parks and in a great area with a ton of dining options very close by. The only thing lacking was wash clothes in the bathrooms, but that is such a minor thing it doesn’t change my rating. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

Perfect base for exploring the nearby national parks! Really nice house with nice kitchen and bathrooms, and comfy beds. Our kids had lots of fun with the video game system! Wish there was more seating in the living room but the 6 of us managed fine.

Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Visalia. We spent one night here before visiting the Sequoia National Park on a road trip through California. For a large family group, it was ideal. The fenced backyard is great, as well as the many nice touches throughout the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby also. Thank you!

The house is loaded with amenities! Very clean! My only suggestion is that the living room needs more furniture to accommodate more people. The house has 4 bedrooms and there is only a couch and 2 dining chairs. However, the backyard is lovely with plenty of seating. And there is a very nice dining room table and counter seats.
