Enjoy ocean waves and sweeping views of the Pacific in this stunning Hawaiian style townhome in Poipu Beach, Kauai. Creature comforts: Newly Installed central air for a good nights sleep; do not lie awake to the sound of portable ACs that are at the majority of Kapili units. Poipu Kapili #16 is a spacious 2-story 2-bedroom/3 full bath, 1837 sq ft. condo (sleeps 8) that is just steps from the amazing pool, Pacific Ocean, as well as community tennis/pickleball courts and the gas grills. It offers brand new appliances in a beautiful and well-stocked kitchen, all new bath and shower enclosures, completely updated furnishings, new TV’s, and multiple guest amenities including A/C and in unit washer & dryer. The immaculate grounds and lush tropical foliage of Poipu Kapili are just a short stroll to Sheraton Beach, Kiahuna Beach, Koloa Landing and the shops and restaurants at Kukiu'ula. The Space: This condo provides stunning views from the kitchen, dining/living room and master bedroom. And the beautiful new furnishings will ensure a relaxing respite that you deserve on your vacation. Luxurious comfort includes all the amenities and tropical furnishings any true Kauai experience could provide. The large master suite has a king bed perfect for gazing out the full-length glass doors that open directly across the beautiful lawn to the blue Pacific. The en suite master bath has double sinks, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, (unlike many Kapilli units that have "full size" beds) with an en suite bath with a single sink and large tub/shower. The ground floor has a third bath with a shower that is excellent for rinsing off after tennis, swimming, etc. A private lanai off the living room is great for watching the water and soaking up the sun! Guest Access: A few of the amenities include HD TV, WiFi, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, as well as a King bed, two Queen beds, and a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. The pool area has its own unobstructed ocean views. Between December and May, watch the breaching whales as the pods pass directly in front of Poipu Kapili. Great location, great views, great condo. Very well stocked across the board. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We especially liked that it’s two stories so no one above or below us. We only had four people but it could easily house six at least. I highly recommend this one.

This was our first visit to Kauai and we couldn’t have chosen a better location or accommodations. The condo was beautifully appointed with a well equipped kitchen and stunning views from the lanai and master bedroom. Just a few steps from the lanai provided awesome sunsets every evening over the gorgeous ocean. The pool was also just steps from our lanai, and was so refreshing, and never crowded. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning in the future.

This property and unit were absolutely gorgeous and just steps away from the ocean and amazing sunsets. The checkin process was super easy and our host was easy to reach. They provided great local recommendations. I wouldn't change a thing, from coffee on the lanai with a view of the ocean to the recent upgrades to the unit there was not a single thing that I would have done differently. The bedroom setups with private baths were appreciated as we were two couples traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked for the couple of meals that we did cook. Otherwise, so many great dining choices close by. We will definitely stay again when visiting Kauai.

We had a very nice time in Kauai and we really enjoyed Steve and Kristen's condo. It's obvious they take great pride in their place. They were great hosts. Very helpful and responsive, both before and during our visit. And Wendy had the place spotless for our arrival. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Location was great. Close enough to action and attractions, but very relaxing and calm. We definitely will return to Kauai, and we definitely will look for Steve and Kristen to be our hosts.

This condo is better than advertised. It’s up-to-date and beautifully renovated. The proximity to the pool is perfect for children, and the views are spectacular. The owners are responsive and eager to please. I highly recommend this property!

Great property close to everything in Poipu. We were attending a medical conference and this was far better than staying at a hotel. The owners were great in communicating with us. The complex does not have AC but the owner has in-room units in the bedrooms, which work great. We used Instacart to stock the kitchen and even found an amazing mobile massage service. We highly recommend it.

My parents, husband and I stayed at Steve’s awesome property in Poipu. The property was even better than in the photos. The unit was lovely and well-appointed and the community was beautiful and peaceful - the grounds were well-manicured with stunning views of the ocean. Communication with Steve was great! This was by far the most enjoyable short term rental experience I’ve ever had. The owner was very communicative and attentive and responded to question very quickly. Perfect for myself & 3 sons
The property was clean and newly updated. The communication from the owner was awesome. From the very beginning he provided helpful information all the way through check out. The location of the property was just as pictured. Great view, very well stocked, and great location. The only two points of feedback is, the kitchen needs some new pots and pans. They are flaking and need replacement. The dryer did break on the last day. Although we air dryed our cloths with check out being so early and our flight being so late we had no choice but to leave with wet cloths. But that’s really no fault to the owner, appliances break with no warning. Overall the stay was perfect for the trip we needed. Thank you for the great communication!

2 couples stayed one week in March 2016.This is a great property! One of the best VRBOs I have used. Condo is in like-new condition, everything worked great. Huge space, with large living room overlooking the pool and a slightly indirect view towards the ocean; a living room; and a large and functional kitchen. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with lots of privacy, and a 3rd full bathroom downstairs. Beds comfortable, good water pressure and plenty of hot water...really, no complaints at all about the interior.Location is mostly good. Located across the street from the ocean, every evening people line up along the wall in front of the complex to drink wine and watch the sunset. About a 10-minute walk from the "Sheraton Beach" which is a great sunning / swimming beach, in the winter the water is almost always safe for swimming. About a 10-min drive from the Poipu Beach Park, the largest beach in the area. Not much within an easy walk - it would be about 15-20-min to the nearest shopping center - but only about a 5-min drive from lots of places to eat, Long's Drugs, supermarkets, etc.Management great - sent over lots of information, always accessible, very reasonable check-in / check-out process.Would definitely stay here again!
