About this house rental
Everything about this centrally located home is clean and immaculate. This house has new stainless steel appliances, fresh paint, quartz counter tops and hardwood floors throughout. Use of a full size washer and dryer is included in your stay. This turn of the century rancher sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, television and attached sitting room with an additional television. We offer free high speed wireless internet and cable television. The television in the living room is a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu apps to use if you have an account. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are included with your stay. Newer dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances are also available. There is a deck in the backyard with a propane grill and patio table. There is also a front porch with seating for 6. Multiple cars will fit on the gravel driveway. This home is all one level, with only stairs to the front and back doors. We do not live in this home, so there is no shared space! The fireplace is for decoration only and is not functional.
You're in walking distance to Starbucks, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Burger King, Memorial Hospital and the Olympic Training Center. 3 minutes from Memorial Park, 6 minutes from Colorado College, 9 minutes from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 13 minutes from the Broadmoor, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and 17 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Michelle is a terrific host. She was spot on with all the information and answered all our questions perfectly. The house is immaculate and the layout is really nice for four adults. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and family rooms are wonderful. The house is located near downtown and is close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend dining at the Rabbit Hole and Amore Italian Grille. The only downside to the house is its proximity to E Platt street. There is a fair amount of street noise at all hours. Both nights we heard drag racing and engines revving up at 2 am. Otherwise a great stay and a great host.

CUTE little house, super comfy beds(even the pull out twin love seat was comfortable) 2 bathrooms, but almost every single floor board squeaked as you walked over them. It would have been ok if just a few made noise but it was really bad. nobody could sleep in and plan on moving around as it woke the others up. Also it was on a very busy loud street, I wish I would have been aware of that! If nighttime noise does not bother you, rent this house, it's super cute. If you like it quieter at night, take a pass on it.
