This beach house is less than a 2 minute walk from ocean's edge. This location offers some of the best fishing, surfing, & sunning on the island. The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is nearby and good shopping is within biking distance. The ground level has good parking, 3 carports, park grill, outside shower, and fish table. The first level opens into a great room with tall ceiling, comfy resort furniture, entertainment center with TV/DVD, and wide east and north sun and covered decks. The all equipped kitchen has a breakfast island with seating, nearby dining area, and a screened porch with picnic table for al fresco meals. Bedroom one has a double, TV/DVD, is close to laundry nook and full bath with tub and shower. Bedroom two has a queen and TV/DVD. Upstairs is a huge furnished sundeck with ocean views galore. Bedroom three has a queen and TV/DVD. Bedroom four has a pyramid bed with double below and a single above and TV/DVD. ZEN DEN...get here now! You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property is certainly dated in a lot of respects but in terms of location to the beach, restaurants and tackle shops etc. it is quite convenient. I’m not sure the listing of the amount of bedrooms is correct as it is listed to sleep 8 but the house only has 3 beds and a bunk bed upstairs. We had five grown men there and the top bunk bed upstairs was unacceptable to sleep on so I was relegated to the couch. But the weather was fantastic and the house had all the other amenities one would need away from home.

This house really does have the perfect layout for our family! There are so many different areas to hang out in that you can choose to be with others or by yourself, and it is lovely to have the ability to view the beach from the house!

THE GOOD: Convenient location, a short walk to the ocean. The swing on the porch is great. top deck is great to chill out. THE BAD: Dishwasher needs to be updated. We found 2 roaches in the house; one as soon as we enetered on the main family room, half dead. other one behind a bedroom door. I called/messaged Vacasa management with pictures.

This house is great! There is something for everyone. It is a minute walk to the beach, or you can go on the top deck and see the waves OR you can sit in the hammock on the side porch OR cook a lovely meal in the kitchen OR even watch the TV. It allows us to have really nice family time but not be on top of each other like a hotel typically is. Truly enjoyed the location and the stay!

This is the second year we have stayed in this house and we love it! It fits our family/friends of 8 perfectly. We love the hammock, swing and top deck. TV in every bedroom is nice, washer/dryer and dishwasher is nice. Short walk to the beach and even Dillion’s Corner. We love Buxton and all the Outer Banks has to offer! Thanks 😊

There were some issues when we first arrived at the house but after talking with management, all of our problems were addressed and fixed. This house was the base camp for our outer banks surf fishing trip, It held all 6 of us perfectly. Large parking area under the house for 4 cars. The location is awesome, only a 30 second walk to the beach and is in close proximity to a convenience store as well as a few restaurants. I would not hesitate to book this place again. Thanks again to IG and his team!

Wow. The location of this place alone is a major selling point! It is about five houses away from the beach so we could walk down and play whenever we wanted. You had a great view of the beach from multiple places in the house and could see sunrise, sunset, and even Hatteras Light at night if you stood at the right place on the upper deck. The setup was perfect for my family - big enough that we could technically all do something in a separate space (if we wanted) and small enough that it was still cozy. Our kids (7 and 3) loved sharing the bunk bed room and we stayed in the room right next to them while my parents had the lower level. Would highly recommend!!

The booking process was seamless. The Property Management company called the day after check–in to confirm that we found everything in good working order. The property is a few houses down from the beach with water views from the porch and the expansive raised patio. Perfect for our family getaway!

The house was nice and it had everything we needed there was just one big important appliance not working, the washer. It was working from Saturday to Monday and it stopped working on Tuesday. After 2 calls, voicemails and online repair request, they did not get it fixed u till Friday afternoon, one day before we would be leaving.

This was our favorite vacation yet! The property manager made the check-in/out process not only painless but enjoyable, and responses to questions or issues was prompt and friendly. What a wonderful and relaxing place to bring your family. There is something here for everyone, except the hustle and bustle of commercial vacationing - which is what we loved the most. We will definitely be back next year!
