INSIDE THE CONDO Marina Place: You will enter the condo to find a comfortable living room with an eat-in dining area and sliding glass door with access to a beautiful wooden deck overlooking the harbor and marina. A well-appointed kitchen is open to the living room and a hallway to the left leads to a full bath and main floor bedroom with a queen bed. A stairwell to the second story leads to an open loft area and beautiful views of the harbor from the second story vaulted ceiling. Open to a loft area with a Twin over Queen Bunk and Twin trundle for extra sleeping. A private bedroom with a queen bed and en suite full bath complete the second floor. *Please note that the fireplace is purely decorative and not for guest use. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the perks of the Harbor Village indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The beautiful grassy common space complete with a gazebo overlooking the harbor is a great place to enjoy a picnic. Take a short walk down to 5th Avenue Beach and Pier for endless hours of sun, water, and fun!
