About this house rental
Our bright and airy 4 bedroom, 3 story home has a one car garage and private hot tub! Hardwood flooring in the living and dining rooms has a cozy wood burning stove to cuddle up to on chilly nights for post skiing and après. Town and skiing are both 10 minutes drives so you're close to skiing, but away from town's bustle with national forest just off the backyard with our grill and hot tub. Parking for 3 vehicles, private hot tub, 4 separate bedrooms for privacy. Frequent moose and fox wander by, so keep an eye out!
This is a true mountain escape with a dirt road, wood burning stove (and radiant heat), private hot tub, vaulted ceilings and gorgeous mountain views (watching the sunrise is amazing)! Your family will love hanging inside on chilly nights and resting in 4 bedrooms with privacy. You can bring 3 vehicles (must be AWD/4WD in winter) one of which is a heated garage. Great hiking/snowshoeing/cross county trails in the Peak 7 neighborhood steps away from the house. You're a ten minute drive from the Gondola and Peak 8 for Breckenridge Ski Resort, as well as the town of Breckenridge which offers world class dining, variety of bars and ski town shopping.

Beautiful location, beautiful views, beautiful duplex! . Because the house has three levels, it is perfect for a multi generational trip like we did! Close to town, trails, grocery stores yet far enough away to be very quiet! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this spacious home with our two adult children and their spouses. Plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out. Enjoyed using the hot tub and the fire pit. It was a bit warm at night in the master bedroom upstairs even with the windows open but it was unseasonably warm when we were there. Probably not a problem. There are trails nearby and it is an easy drive into downtown Breckenridge. We would stay again.
