Fully private house, with a private yard, and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park. It feels like a small town right in the middle of Salt Lake Valley. 20 minutes from downtown because of easy access to I-15, I-215, and Bangater. Huge backyard that is completely fenced in. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. We do allow pets to stay with you at this home because of the large backyard and park across the street. This home is great for the whole family to come and enjoy. 1 car garage keeps your car safe and clean. Fits cars, Minivans, and mid-size SUV's.

Wonderful hosts who accommodated us when we arrived a day early to beat out a blizzard. We were moving across country with our pets and had to switch out RV rentals in Salt Lake City. Was able to use the spacious garage to hold our belongings in between dropping off 1st RV and picking up 2nd RV. Dogs were happy to stretch their legs in the backyard. Hosts did a great job with cleanliness. Even with carpeted floors, you could not tell that animals had stayed there before. My wife has allergies and had no issues in the house. Highly recommend. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

We had everything we needed at this wonderful house. It was in a family friendly neighborhood, on a quiet street. We couldn’t have asked for more. For a pet friendly rental, this home was perfectly clean and even my dogs couldn’t tell any other animals had ever been there. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking materials, and the bathrooms were just as plentiful. We traveled with 2 dogs and 3 kids, so we were really happy that the check out required little more than picking up after ourselves and our pets. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

As advertised - clean an everything you need. Great location for gatherings! We came in town and hosted a Thanksgiving dinner. Backyard was ideal for our pug and the park was perfect for tossing a football. Nice updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We spent a wonderful week with this as our homebase. We enjoyed having our own home while visiting family and friends and attending a reunion in the area. This home is set up with everything you need for a weeks stay. Our dog enjoyed having her very own backyard to play and potty.

This VRBO worked great for our family of 4 and one small dog. The backyard was well secured by fencing so our pup was safe even out back on her own. The neighborhood was nice. The house was a small ranch-style house with a garage. The inside was clean and comfy. The host was very responsive and helped us with any needs and questions we had.

I spent a month over the summer staying in this beautiful home in West Jordan. I could not be happier with my stay. Sheena was so kind and accommodating. She took care of my small TV issue right away and checked in on me as my stay progressed. The house is warm and comfortable. Fantastic fenced backyard for my puppy to explore. The beds were very comfortable and every room was impeccably spotless. The kitchen was stocked with every item a person could possibly need including condiments in the refrigerator. Great location with easy access to anywhere in the Valley. Close to great restaurants and a short drive from the mountains. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’ve already booked by return next summer to bring my daughter and friends. My stay was lovely.

My family and I all met up in Salt Lake, for my grandson’s 3rd birthday. We didn’t have many options, with my daughter bringing her dog and having “an event” luckily we found this house. Which was lovely, it matched the property description perfectly, and Sheena was always very friendly and easy to contact for anything we needed. This home was simple but clean and tidy. The hosts have really clear check in instructions and were very communicative. The kitchen was well-stocked (though I couldn’t find the toaster?), and we had everything we needed especially since we brought our pup, who enjoyed running laps around the giant fenced back yard :)

We loved this gem across the street from a park for our dog. It seems like it was just remodeled. New carpet, new bathrooms, new bedroom furniture. And the bed - ooooh, the bed. It was maybe even more comfortable than ours. I meant to look at the brand and topper to see what it is so I can repeat it. Neighbors were nice. Everything is nearby. Backyard is very private, but I liked the front yard so I put a chair there and enjoyed it all. I bet the trees out front in off winter season are spectacular. From the park, there is a fabulous view of the mountains, and I could see them from inside the house, front and back. Oh, and the kitchen has everything. We escaped Park City to get our dog with bad legs out of a major snowstorm. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Would love to stay there again. We have extended family in the area, and they enjoyed staying with us. Ample room for us and space for the dogs.

This is a well kept, clean house in a suburban neighborhood, with grocery and other stores close by. Communication with owner was great.

What a wonderful house and host! There were three of us attending an agility competition nearby. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had a very well stocked kitchen. During our stay we made dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We all said that the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet so we all slept very well. They had a ton of snow prior to our arrival and it was very cold when we arrived. The driveway was shoveled along with the path to the front door. Also, a small path in backyard had been shoveled to allow our dogs to go outside. Having the backyard fenced along with a shoved path was absolutely perfect for our dogs. It was so nice not having to put on a winter coat and put them on leash to go outside! Having a garage was also nice to park one of our cars inside. The day we were to leave another big snowstorm was anticipated that afternoon. We were questioning if we should attempt leaving or stay another night. Sheena was a perfect host and was available to answer our questions and concerns. She is very considerate, a great communicator, and was attentive to our needs. What more can we say, it was perfect. We loved it and will be back.

This house was wonderful. It was exactly as described, in the ideal location for us, and satisfied all of our needs. The backyard was ideal for our two dogs, and the house was clean and well-equipped. We anticipate staying again the next year and the host provided answers to our questions in a timely manner. The space works really well in a good area. You have easy access to the mountains, stores and anything you could need. The host is easy to get ahold of and really friendly.

Great location to use Ikon Pass
We decided to rent a house for a month so we could bring our dogs and enjoy the skiing available through the Ikon Pass. We did not find the drive to the ski areas to be very far. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was very responsive. The only negative issue we experienced involved the TV and the streaming service. We prefer to watch regular TV and there were numerous problems with the internet service. The host was made aware of the issues and tried to do her best to resolve it. If we decide to do another long term rental, we will not select a location with internet TV service. We prefer cable or satellite service.

The pictures of the property is what you get! 😊The house was very clean and had access to what ever you could possibly need while being away from home. The owners of the property were also very attentive to our needs and had good communication for the week and few days we were there. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here!! 😊

Great place to stay
We had to book the place last minute to attend a funeral in the area. The hosts were nice and very quick with their communication. The place had everything we needed.

The house was great and has everything you need for a stay long or short. The back yard was excellent for my children to run out and play in. If I could give the hosts a hundred stars I would. I cannot imagine dealing with nicer and more considerate people. They made everything about our stay easier. They were willing and able to work with us when we needed something and were always available for questions or concerns. The park right across the street was also fun for my children and it is in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts and property. If you are staying in the valley for anything, this is the place to stay.

A very comfortable place!
The house is right across the street from a small park with playground equipment and picnic tables. And it was not far from the medical centers where my wife needed to go for assessments. We were both very pleased with our stay and would certainly want to stay there again!
