If you let us know about a spill, accident, etc. so that our staff can be ready to take care of it, we will deduct 10% from the security deposit charge as a thank you for your honesty. Other things to note Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
