Location, staff, gave us a very early check in for free and a late checkout for a fee. Extraordinary kitchen brimming with eggs, bread, avocados, cheese, ham, biscuits, fruit, beer, soft drinks, mezcal, rum, all for free. I mean….come on! Pool lovely too. Bed was unbelievably comfy. It may sound like hyperbole but it was THAT good and decent value vs hotels in the very centre. It is a very short walk to main square anyway. Bus station 11 mins walk. Airport 20 mins. I’m returning for my last nights on my way home after my travels.
Roof terrace could use a couple of extra loungers.

accomodating staff, amenities were great, although I didn't even use them (rooftop, saltwater pool, common areas).
Very clean, location EXACTLY where I wanted to be. Kitchen in unit (enough to call it that). Filtered water.
Easy 24 hour access during my stay. Staff very friendly and easy to contact.
Comfortable bed, hot shower, safe.
I'm in Oaxaca 3-4x per year and I will stay here again.
Can't think of anything. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but it's very nice.

Exceptional stay. Beautiful. Spotless. Every single thing is accounted for (door codes, power outlets, towels and towel racks, kitchen appliances, umbrellas.....everything you could need and more). Staff is friendly and welcoming. Truly one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Location is great; just outside the center of town, so streets are a bit quieter, and easy access to Jalatlaco. 10-15 minute walk to anything.

The staff is very accommodating and nice. The hotel is also easy walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the hotel had a kitchen area with breakfast items, coffee, snacks and drinks.
