The location is excellent. Right by Parque El LLano and Parque Conzatti. Close enough to the city center without being in the thick of it. The room, while not "big", was very comfortable and clean. The garden is wonderful! The parking was great since we were driving.
A small sign outside the street entrance would be appreciated. We drove past the entrance twice before finding it.

It’s a beautiful place, the door guys were extremely nice and helpful. Very happy with them, forgot their names though but it was too young guys.

The location, the room, the friendly staff and the lap pool
The shower never worked properly, and the public areas were not comfortable.

The property is beautiful. The decor and aesthetics are on point for Oaxaca.
Is like in the end point of the city center, so it requires a little bit of walking. The rooms are good for just sleeping, but you will have plenty on space in the patio.
