As of July 2022 - all units have been renovated and updated Located on Main Street in Park City, this spacious two bedroom villa sleeps up to eight people and is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Ideally located near Park City Mountain Town Lift, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and plenty of year-round outdoor activities nearby. Some activities include Park City Alpine Slide, fly-fishing, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and even golf. Some fun things for the family nearby are Discovery Gateway Children's Museum, Hogle Zoo, and Utah Olympic Park. This spacious two bedroom modern villa features a king bed in each bedroom and two sleeper sofas. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features another king bed and a sleeper sofa for two extra guests. The villa features a full kitchen (Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Cookware, Utensils) and separate dining area with a table for up to six guests. Additional seating is at the kitchen island. The living room features a fireplace, TV with movie channels, small work desk, and windows that can be opened to enjoy the weather. The unit has a washer and dryer, iron & board, and security safe for your convenience. Enjoy property amenities such as a heated indoor/outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, game room and multiple restaurants right outside the resort. A gym and a business center are also available to guests at the property. There are family activities planned daily, and a kid's activity center where they can enjoy art, snacks, and a kid's night in (fee). The property also has a ski valet and ski storage for all your equipment. If you plan to rent ski gear, there is a vendor onsite that will give you 25% off for staying at Marriott Summit Watch. Housekeeping is not provided in this stay. You may add services at check-in for a nominal fee. Complimentary onsite parking for one (1) vehicle, per two bedroom villa; additional parking $20/day or $50/week excluding holidays and special events (subject to change). Maximum vehicle height for the garage is 7 ft 4 in. The Park Silly Sunday Market takes place on Main Street every Sunday for 15 weeks during the summer months (June - September). Park Silly is an eco-friendly, open air, artist market, street festival and community forum. During this time, please enter the resort from Deer Valley Drive. Please note, unit is assigned at check-in (this includes view, and floor number). Requests are welcome, but not guaranteed. This is a Cashless Resort, credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Construction Updates: Beginning Apr. 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024, our pool and whirlpool spa facilities will be closed for necessary repairs and resurfacing of the pool deck. Modernization of the Summit Watch elevators will occur from Apr. 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2024. The building elevators will be closed intermittently during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
