Villa Vista by Bailey Vacation Properties is in a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida and provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th* Short drive from the house to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 5 bedroom/ 4 and 2 half bath house and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with a Tiki Bar, in-pool seating, splash pad, waterfall, HUGE HOT TUB, and TV certainly will. Short Walk, Bike, or ride from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer. For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, Bikes, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a boat lift or pilings to tie up a very large boat, shore power, and fresh water. For large groups, we have 4 other houses in the neighborhood VRBO #s 1470646 sleeps 20, #2146665 that sleeps 16, 1679216 that sleeps 14, and #3744855 that sleeps 30. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people. There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious balconies, tiki bar, boathouse, Trex and pool decks. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts in the neighborhood! The entire 5 bedroom 4.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses or Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. The living room features ample seating with a large 4k HD TV, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV, and Surround Sound with Subwoofer. All the bedrooms feature HD TVs. All 7 TVs have voice command remotes with streaming via Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. There is super fast wi-fi internet throughout the house. Ping Pong and Foosball Tables in the Garage Local Golf Cart and Boat Rental company references are available ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind NO SMOKING INSIDE MINIMUM RENTAL AGE 25 *Pool Heated March 1 - November 30th. The heater can be run outside of these dates for a fee if the weather allows* Enhanced commercial cleaning/disinfecting protocols by a Professional cleaning company. iWave Air Purifiers AND HALO LED Scrubbers are installed in all AC units to actively purify the supply air, killing mold, bacteria, and viruses in the coil and living space!

Our group of friends/family had a wonderful time here this past week! The house has everything you could ever want or need, including three standalone ice makers. Lindsey was great at answering any questions we had and checking in to make sure things were going smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Perdido Key. We couldn't have picked a better place. This home did not disappoint. We had 22 family members including infants , toddlers, teens and numerous adults. This house provided everything we needed. Kids loved kayaking, we saw dolphins by the dock, and the swimming pool was beautiful.The walk to the beach was not bad using the wagons and bikes and chairs provided. We will definitely come back and also recommend this home to friends.

I can’t think of one thing that I would change about our stay @ Villa Vista! It was an amazing week with family and friends. The home had everything we needed from kayaks to 2 coffee makers in the kitchen! It was entertaining for all ages! We will definitely be back in the future! 🏖

We had a total of 11 people stay at the house for a week- five of them being children so finding a house with enough bedrooms for children and infants was crucial for us. This house did not disappoint. It was beautiful, a great location and perfect for our needs. The pool was perfectly heated, the hot tub was amazing for the nights, and the ability to swim/play in the ocean was great. The communication with the property manager was amazing- she was very tentative to our needs and responded quickly when we were struggling with the outdoor grill. Overall, I would highly recommend this property! 😊😊

This house is absolutely amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we utilized all of the amenities. The house was well stocked with high-end appliances and everything else you could think of. Having the beach gear, fishing poles, ice machines, coolers, wagons, and yard games available was wonderful. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony or docks. We can't wait to come back next year!

The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is incredible!
Pros:
-The pool has an area great for kids 6 and under, our kids LOVED it. It goes up to about 6ft in depth in other areas as well.
-The beach area had tons of crabs and snails to collect, and was clean. Our kids loved hunting for the wildlife.
-There is an outdoor tv, grill, and shower. All were very useful!
-Beds were comfortable and all of them had enough pillows and blankets with extras in closets.
-They had toys, floats, wagons, one fishing pole, life vests, and sand toys available for the beach and pool.
-Their kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and utensils, including kids plates, cups, bowls.
Cons:
-The walk to the ocean is a bit hard because they are working on the boardwalk that is closest to the house currently, and we got yelled at for using it, so they taped it all off with caution tape. (3/6/23-3/10/23)
-This isn't a big deal but just note: there are no starter items in the kitchen like coffee. Be sure to buy your food/necessities before arriving. The closest grocery store is Publix which is a 5 min drive away.
-It's not much of a walkable area - there are no sidewalks on the side of the road or many nearby shops. There are some within a 5 minute drive though.
Overall - we had a GREAT stay. This house was perfect for a large group or family.

We got this property so we could have enough space to get the family together for the holidays. Had 16 people total with some being close enough to go home and come back but still had plenty of room. We enjoyed every single thing this property had to offer so much that my 7 year old teared up saying he was going to miss it when we were getting ready to leave. Already trying to plan our next trip!

I wasn't sure how this would work out with such a large group and range of ages. This house and the entire setup is perfect for a busy family that loves to have something to do at all times and for those who just like to relax and watch. The idea of being on the inlet was perfect to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards at anytime of the day and the beach was close enough to go as often as we wanted. The house has so many great places to gather both inside and out and the kitchen is set up for anything type of cooking, from simple to gourmet. Everyone enjoyed the pool daily and it was a definite focal point. The few items that weren't perfect were easily reported to the property manager and while everything couldn't be resolved, she was very helpful for most every concern that we had. We will definitely plan to come back to this house as it was perfect for our family!

disappointed in kitchen. Fridge and gas stove did not work properly. Fridge did not work even after repairman came to fix it. Pots, pans bowls and flatware not sufficient for 12 people. Three wheeler bike not rideable, but there were lots of toys for kids. No hooks for clothes in bathroom on main floor.The nextdoor neighbor had rusty trailor parked on street the whole time we were there. Needed better instructions for tv,s. We did have a very good time, but it could have been perfect if the kitchen had worked better. We were celebrating two birthdays. One gate to beach was locked. Not sure why. The area was great., convenient to everything. Little things sometimes add up, but we Never ran out of ice.:! !!! Thanks. Ben and Margaret Little

Book this property if you want to have your own little piece of paradise for the week! The house and property is amazing. From the pool to the paddle boards to the fishing dock, there was something to do for every age group. We found ourselves staying at the house and skipping the beach. We can't wait until we come back next year!
