Remodeled older home, retains the charm with hardwood, etc. Modern appliances. Spacious for 8 people. Large dining table for meals, games, conversation, family/friend time! Gated back yard, free parking on street and in private back yard. Covered back patio, with seating, within wood-fenced back yard for privacy! Simple grill like a state park. What a wonderful stay! The house is so nice and very clean. We had lots of space and loved the outdoor seating. Jeff and Mary Lou are great hosts. They anticipated what we would need to know and provided it early. Convenient to downtown, which was perfect since we were there for CMAFest. Quiet neighborhood too. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Great location! Various restaurants within walking distance and downtown Nashville just a short drive away. Really appreciated being able to park in back of the house. Communication was timely and helpful. No issues with check in or during our stay. Well suited to relax and unwind after a day in Nashville.

Enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great neighbor that you can walk to places to eat/drink. Easy uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay again.
