About this house rental
Located in Washburn, this attractive house for $305 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Hidden Cove Lake View home is in Washburn on Lake Superior. Sleeps 6. 1 Bedroom Queen, 1 Bedroom Double, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. Well equipped kitchen including coffee & filters (Medium Roast), 40" Flat Screen TV in Living Room with Spectrum cable, DVD, VCR. WIFI, Wood Fire Place, (wood provided on deck), and access to the Hidden Cove to launch kayaks. Outdoor shuffle board with horseshoes. Charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal, or you can purchase at the grocery store in Washburn. ) Only up to 6 people allowed. No visitors! The Hidden Cove is located just 10 miles from Bayfield. After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute. Please note that VRBO will not allow us to message you with our email address and if we attempt to do so, they will block the email out. This must be done within 1 hour of making the reservation on VRBO. We will attempt to text you as well. After we receive we will then email you from our email the arrival instructions, door codes, and any applicable parking permits to print and bring to your accommodation on date of your arrival. We had a great stay at Hidden cove cabin. Well equipped, beautiful location and very comfortable cabin. Loved all the yard games and wading out into hidden cove. Loved being close to my favorite eatery CoCos and so close to all our hiking spots. There were a lot of spider webs in the cabin, but it really wasn’t a big deal.

Beautiful property near the end of a dead end road. Very peaceful. A few cobwebs in the corners and the cove is directly in front of the property owners house, not the cabin as I assumed. Overall would highly recommend it.

My family and I had a great stay at the Hidden Cove. The cabin‘s location between Ashland and Bayfield gave us easy access to everything the area has to offer. The cove is great for swimming. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The vintage furnishings add a nice touch.

What a great find. The cabin and property were perfect -- loved the access to the lake, well-stocked kitchen, hammocks and fire pit, all of it. Was cozy and comfortable -- we'd stay again!

Hidden Cove is a sweet Lake Cabin. We found it quintessential with its fieldstone fireplace, fir floors, knotty pine walls, period knickknacks and beautiful view of the Lake. It is well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and it is situated on a quiet road. We felt at home.

Beautiful relaxing spot for our family vacation! The cove was a perfect place to swim, house was extremely clean, and we really enjoyed sitting outside and the beautiful views.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. It is convenient to everything you would want to do, including Bayfield and Meyers Beach, yet it is in a very quiet area. The decor of the cabin is lovely. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Wonderful stay in Washburn
We had a wonderful long weekend at Hidden Cove in Washburn! The property was easy to find and the host gave us all the info we needed to get checked in. The property was clean, warm, and really well stocked - there was plenty of room and the view out over the lake is incredible. We would love to visit again in the summer to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor spaces, too!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay near the apostle islands. Very clean upon arrival and perfect location overlooking the lake. Jack was a very friendly and accommodating host. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Washburn area!

Cozy and beautiful!
We enjoyed the fall colors, the hammocks, and the beautiful lake view in the morning sun. The fireplace was a highlight also - we kept it going the whole time and roasted marshmellows in it. The kitchen was stocked, which was nice since we ate at the cabin.

Relaxing and Peaceful
This is a perfect place....we enjoyed a fire by the lake every morning and evening. Very relaxing and peaceful. Home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We will certainly stay here again.

My family and I truly loved our time in Washburn/Bayfield and Hidden Cove was such a perfect place to launch all our adventures from. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean and welcoming. We’ll be back!

It was spacious, cool in the summer heat (due to the trees and lake breeze), filled with every kitchen item you could possibly need, tons of spaces to sleep (pull out and futon were great flex spaces), and organized so well for guests to find things like grill utensils or horseshoes for the pit. The massive yard with hammocks, a fire pit, a grill, a deck, game areas, grassy space, and the wonderful cove itself....so magical. If you're worried about staying in Washburn instead of Bayfield proper, don't be - it's a quick 15 minute ride there and Washburn is charming, too! Perfect location for our family vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Cleaning team was nice and so is Jack. No big deal and Jack is great to deal with. Heed the advisory the owner gives about the cliffs out front. You definitely do not want to go beyond split rail fence.
