Location right on the waterfront. Lovely trail right on the lake
Comfortable beds. Very nice staff.
Price was reasonable
We were on the main floor so we didn’t have to carry bags up the stairs
Be aware they don’t have an elevator
No breakfast

Staff was exceptional, room was clean, great location.
The large, walk-in shower was a bonus!
No breakfast offered. The exterior of property needed cleaning/sweeping. Seagull feathers and cobwebs everywhere at front entrance. No elevator is a big thing. We noticed most guests were elderly and like us, have difficulty with stairs. Someone dropped the ball and didn't relay our 1st floor request to the hotel. And YES, we received an email letting us know our request was confirmed, so we didn’t call the hotel in advance to make sure that happened for us. Thankfully, they were able to assist us with that request.
