Grand Panama Resort condo rental 1-1009 in Panama City Beach, FL is a direct beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family friendly vacation home. IFantastic corner unit. FEATURES *Direct beach front and Gulf views *Master bedroom with king bed along with private bath and walk-in closet *2nd bedroom w/queen bed and Gulf and Coastline views, attached bathroom *3rd bedroom w/queen bed and direct view of Front Beach Road *Living area with Gulf views and new queen sleeper sofa. *Fully equipped kitchen with Gulf views *4 Flat Screen TV's - 3 Smart TV's *Large Beach Front Balcony *FREE WiFi *Front Loading Washer and Dryer *Sleeps 8 **Please note guests will need to pay a $50.00 registration fee due upon arrival directly to the resort. This will include parking for one vehicle and wrist bands that will need to be worn while at the resort. This fee can we paid at the main office located in Tower 2 and is open until 8pm nightly. If you arrive after 8pm, please go first thing in the morning, but please put a note in window stating unit yiu are renting. 1-1009 Many guests find the overflow garage to be best. I’ve stayed at quite a few properties, and the communication with the owner of this unit was far and above much better than any other time we have experienced. There were a few issues, at no fault of the owner, but they were in constant contact and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay... Only issue we had is double red flags all week, but it lead to a much needed relaxation trip... Can't wait to come back!!

This is our 10+ year visiting PCB. By far this has been our favorite location at the Grand Panama. The owners of this unit are a pleasure to work with and we plan on renting this unit again next year.

We can’t wait to come back! Not only was the location perfect and view stunning, but the apartment was able to accommodate multiple adults, kids, and grandma in her wheelchair. The owners were responsive and helpful and even mailed back clothes we forgot at the space. All around 5 stars!

This property was super nice! Updated decor and very nice master suite. Extra storage for beach items outside of living quarters helped to minimize sand in the unit and overall tidiness of the unit. No long waits for elevators and easy access to the beach. I just can't think of any negatives with this property. We LOVED everything!! We plan to return next summer!!!

Beautiful condo! The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with as they called to check in to see how we were after the city had a temporary power outage. I recommend renting from these owners!

Wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rouselle’s condo! It’s updated and beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. For the size of the building we really didn’t have to wait long for elevators at all and we were all the way on the 10th floor. The balcony is directly above the tiki bar area (ten floors up so no noise) and on the weekend nights we were there they had an acoustic artist from 6p-9p and we were able to sit on the balcony, enjoy the music and the gulf front view. It was great! We didn’t get in our car one time to go anywhere. The surf shops were walkable distance and the ice cream shop and goofy golf was too, which was a hit with the kids. We had plenty of space and the condo had everything we needed, including tons of beach toys and floats which the kids loved as well! If you’re wanting a wonderful end unit condo that sleeps 8 comfortably and don’t want to have to drive anywhere, this place is for you!! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved having a full size washer & dryer, a HUGE lockable outside storage closet for all our beach chairs, canopies, and beach toys! We loved that almost every time we needed an elevator we didn’t have to wait long. We’ve stayed in many different places in PCB and we enjoyed the location…close to Walmart & Dollar General. We cooked all our meals in the condo which kept us from having to wait 1-2 hrs for a table with little ones. The pool area is nice, very clean grounds, common area. We plan to come back!!

This was our second stay at Grand Panama. Parking seemed a little better this time. Property was excellent and our unit was perfect.

Wonderful Visit
Our stay was short but sweet! We all agree this was the best decorated condo we had ever stayed in! It has the best rustic beach theme!! The table on the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and the view is unbeatable! We truly enjoyed it!

It was a very nice place for me and my kids to vacation for a week. Highly recommend to stay here!! I am particular about where I stay and I was very pleased with representation of the pictures and actual property!! They let me check in early and responded very quickly when I messaged them. Very polite people there abs we enjoyed our stay.

pleasant family experience
comfortable property with great beach views and direct access to the ocean. beds are comfortable, unit was clean and recently updated. it is a corner unit so it’s quieter and has great views and lighting from the extra windows. property owners and manager were very communicative and responsive so you feel like they will do what it takes to make your vacation time enjoyable. we had a family of 5 - kids liked having the big tvs in their rooms. would recommend.
