About this house rental
Summary:
Wake up to sweeping coastal views at Esplanade Escape, overlooking Middleton Beach with views stretching from The Bluff to the Murray Mouth and Coorong.
• Enjoy front-row seats to one of the Fleurieu Peninsula’s most beautiful coastlines.
• Watch whales pass by during migration season from the comfort of home.
• A peaceful seaside setting perfect for slowing down and taking in the view.
The Space:
Wake up to sweeping ocean views at Esplanade Escape, a quality beachfront holiday home overlooking Middleton Beach, with views stretching from The Bluff to the Murray Mouth and Coorong.
Enjoy open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas with sea views, a spacious balcony, corner spa and a large fully fenced backyard. The home includes reverse-cycle air conditioning, two single carport spaces, and rear access providing extra room for a boat or trailer.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Master bedroom – King bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
From here, you can walk to Middleton’s cafés, bakery and Tavern, or jump onto the coastal bike trail connecting Victor Harbor through to Goolwa. Whale watching season is generally between June and September.
Guest Access:
All spaces in the main house are available except for the garage. There is a shed out the back though that is available should you wish to store bikes and surfboards.
Other Things to Note:
This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.
No parties, no schoolies.
Must be 25 years of age to book.
Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.
One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.
Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.
A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply for additional guests.

The house is all yours but we aren’t far away so if you need anything we are only a few minutes away and can attend if needed.

A perfect stay. Accurate and timely communications with the host, easy check in and the home was very clean and comfortable. Great location and panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Overall, a wonderful experience

We had a one week family holiday and everything about this property was ideal. The layout of the property was perfect allowing us all to be together and having enough room for a little privacy when needed. We rebooked two days later.
