Our kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped to host all of your meals. The dining area seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen has full-size appliances and beautiful countertops. While you're here, visit the charming local grocery Blue Marlin and stock up on all the groceries your family loves. The VIPS in your group will fall in love with the private primary bedroom suite with bathroom and walk-in shower. The primary boasts a view of the beach and resort amenities, room to unpack, and a mounted TV. Our second bedroom is a relaxing space with ocean-blue accents and it's own closet and TV. With a guest bathroom off the main living area, you and your guests won't have to queue to rinse off the sand and get ready for a night on the town - South Padre Island style. RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33. The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and older are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply. The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
