Property was clean and comfortable. Small, full kitchen with a washing machine for laundry. Property management company was very responsive when our flight was delayed and our arrival time changed. Price was very reasonable for Madrid stay. Also, very close to shopping at Gran Via.
First floor property so you’re definitely getting some street noise with the windows open. Bathroom was small and shower leaked a little on the floor.

The location was great. Fantastic coffee shop right next-door, tons of vintage shops nearby, multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was clean and modern.
The biggest thing that made our stay miserable is that the apartment has no AC. They provide fans, but that does not help when there is a heat wave. We were so miserable that we had to take the loss and book another hotel after one night in this apartment. The building itself is run down and under construction. While the apartment has been renovated, it is very small. It was hard to maneuver with two adults and two teenagers.
