The room I expected was to be a handicap room with accessible shower at least a shower seat which I did not get they said the room was considered handicapped because it was for hearing impaired. I understand being hearing impaired is a disability however if you're looking for accessible shower room that's what you should get. And then when I asked for that type of room I was told that I already had a handicap room. The room was also supposed to have pots and pans..none were provided nor did the stove work, and I had to go to the front desk for towels and wash clothes. I'll NEVER stay there again

OK, but could be better for the money.

Staff was very professional and helpful, always with a smile, Facilities were ok. Good breakfast.

Facility could use some cleaning and improvements. Room needs a new mattress.

The bath tube did not drain good, the floor was coming up all over the room and created a tripping hazard. And the floor was dirty , I had stuff/dirt sticking to my feet.

Nice, convenient, great staff!

Property was great. The staff was probably the best thing for me. They were so friendly and always checking on you.

They take your payment out before you ever get to the property to check in. Our payment was due by 1pm and we were still 8 hours away from checking in.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast better than average. The room itself was clean and comfortable. And location to Ft, Moore was awsome.

Exceptional

The front desk clerk LaLa was very helpful. She was super nice an friendly. Thank you LaLa for being so amazing.

The bathroom was a little dirty. And they didn't have HBO.

Great value for the price.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. We wound up staying an extra night, and the second room was not as nice as the first, so I graded it a little lower overall, but it may have been in the process of being renovated. Breakfast was great!

The plank flooring in our second room had a tear in it and I snagged my foot on it. Hope that gets replaced. Other than that, we had a good experience. I would stay there again.

The room was awesome. If someone was to need extended stay arrangements this is a good place to stay.

Excellent and the staff were wonderful

We had a suite with a nifty little kitchen in it. They served a nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice and milk.

There are some pretty sketchy looking buildings in this area

staff was amazing and the location.

there were cock roaches in the kitchen. the towels were dirty. had one of the workers cat calling my fiancé making her very uncomfortable and she wouldn’t go back to the hotel on her own. missing a drawer. pots and pans were broken.

Great for Family

Everything! Breakfast was great! Staff was helpful and so friendly. We arrived early and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had 4 young children and the staff was so friendly and understanding. This will be our go to whenever we travel to Columbus.

Only complaint I can think of is we rented a queen suite and there was no really chairs to sit but other then that it was perfect full size refrigerator, stove, utensils pots and pans even cupboard space was great.

We booked in September to visit our son for his military graduation. This was an extremely important trip. I confirmed the booking several times through booking.com. we arrived to a shut down hotel and was advised that it has been closed since August 6th for "renovations" will never use booking.com again

Everything including the fact that this website didn't even know the hotel has been closed for two months.

It was under construction when we showed up and wasn’t even open and no staff or even a sign to say it was closed. Should not have been able to book it at all if it was closed. After driving 13 hours that’s just what I wanted to have to deal with.

We had this hotel booked through booking.com and we got there and the hotel was closed. So we did not get to stay there. It’s a very good thing we did not pay for it or I would have been very upset. But we drove 12 hours to pull up and find out we couldn’t stay there so we had to look for another place to stay.

The damn place was shut down due to a tree accident

Terrible place

The hotel did not inform its customers about a tree accident they had that forced the hotel to shut down. Booking was still available even though this happened, I had to cancel my stay obviously but they are saying that the cancellation fee might still go through. Luckily that same day Holiday Inn Express had a room available. Do not book with this hotel, Booking.com has been trying to get a hold of this hotels’ management but no one is answering
