Loved the space, very homey.

The person who checked us in was SOOOO rude. It was 6:30p and she said our room wasn’t ready because of the amount of check outs and we had a suite. I, of course, said something because check in was at 3, it was 6:30 and her answer was extremely rude and non apologetic. The next day front person was amazing! So accommodating!

Check in was a disaster! I called the night before to further confirm reservation and alert them of my late arrival. When I arrived at 8:30 PM I was informed that I did not have a room. Upon further discussion it was determined I didn't have a room because they didn't have a clean one.. their excuse was their computer system went down at 3:00 in the morning and just had gotten back up. And the cleaning crew did not know which rooms to clean. That whole concept was absolutely lunatic.. I was tired from a very long drive and was expecting a room As soon as I got there,. They did not even want to check me in And let me wait. I finally convinced them to check me in and give me a room key then I had to leave for about an hour before They were ready for me to get in my room. Makes me wonder if I had been on time For a check-in What I would have had to have done at that point.

Location is great, and front desk staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable.

No coffee in our room (decaf only). Free coffee downstairs, but no cups with lids. Little things.

location was good

I booked a room online with two double beds and they only had a room with one double bed. I had two people and we had to use one bed. they were full and couldn't get me the room I needed. I am very frustrated, i made sure i booked a room with two beds when i made the reservation.

Good value for a pleasant stay.

Favorite quality was the closeness to the University of Arkansas- attended a game on campus and was able to walk. Hotel is very convenient to downtown Fayetteville. Comfortable room.

Great stay

Very close to UArk campus and plenty of food establishments within walking distance. We had a kitchenette which was so helpful. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had only reserved one night, but decided to stay one more. Staff was very accommodating. We plan to stay again.

Highly recommend, will definitely stay in Candlewood Suites on future trips. Very comfortable stay.

Really liked the kitchenette. There was a full-size fridge with ice maker, toaster, stove top, dishwasher, dishes, etc. We brought our own breakfast food and coffee maker (a tiny one was provided) and were very comfortable and saved a lot of money not needing to eat out as much. I was able to get a lot of work done in the room while my daughter was at camp. Also liked that the shampoo, etc was in big pump bottles.

I wish there was an electric car charger for my Prius. The pillows weren't comfortable to me.

Over all, everything else was fine

First room, the shower & blow dryer didn't work, second room didn't have a blow dryer at all. Person on duty tried to find us a dryer but was unsuccessful.

It was close to campus and I 40. Full size fridge and kitchen. Beds were comfortable.
