About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to The Fayetteville Nest! Located on the same acreage as our larger rental, The Fayetteville Lodge! Both the Nest and the Lodge are on coveted land in Fay! You will enjoy the combination of privacy, seclusion and proximity that you had no idea existed in Fay! The Nest is perfect for a couples getaway, a stay for business, or a personal retreat! Also can be rented as an add on to your larger group stay at the Lodge if you`d like! Unwind and enjoy your stay at The Fayetteville Nest!
- Please do not park in or attempt to enter garage in any way. It is not a part of the rental.
- No parties.
- ONLY park directly in front of garage as all other parking is for our other unit.
You will ONLY park directly in front of garage as other parking is for our other unit. You will walk along the path to the left of the garage door that is marked, and the door to The Fayetteville Nest is located at the corner once you turn. You will have a personal code to enter into the electronic Yale lock on the door to enter. This will be sent to you shortly before your stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more, but I was only in town for two days. It was a nicely hidden gem within walking distance of the University of Arkansas campus. It was incredibly clean and featured convenient creature comforts—like a nice and cool A/C to combat the outdoor heat after walking around campus all day. It had everything I expect when staying out of town. The host was great and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again and would love to try out their other properties!

Exceptional stay for a business trip over the long weekend. Very quiet and in a private area. Close to all shops and restaurants. Communication was always quick and easy.

The location was great to be close to our college son for a weekend visit. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (too soft and rolled to middle). The shower was moldy and has a slow drain. For the price, a stay at a local hotel would have been better. The ice left in the freezer was appreciated.
