Amazing location near the beach and public transport options. We walked out a lot. Apartment was clean and functional, spacious lovely Veranda, kitchen for a family of five adults so needed sleeping arrangements and staff were so helpful. We enjoyed being in a character building, and the communication and service automation system worked really well.
The bathroom / laundry needs a bit of maintenance but was functional and clean.

very nice apartment in close proximity to beaches. easy to find and access. parking close by.
1. hidden costs and inability to cancel: after additional costs of +25% were advised (cleaning fee) provision for cancellation was only for 1 hour after the advisory email was SENT.
2. security deposit and conditions are stringent and so I did an audit on arrival to find couch damaged, stained duvet without a cover, hot plate filthy, garbage dumped outside kitchen window. the company was advised (with photos).
3. first time using booking.com app where eventual cost was significantly higher than expected.
