About this house rental
Located on the banks of the Rogue River, this unique space was recently remodeled to fit the needs of anyone looking to take advantage of Southern Oregon's outdoor atmosphere and escape city life. This cozy living space has everything you need to make you feel at home- Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, queen size bed, a full and twin bed, and a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 cars. Although this is a fully separate unit, there is another living space attached with myself living there.

Fully private space and private entrance with a keypad entry. Guests have their own sitting area and they have access to the front yard with permission from the owner or property manager.

This place was adorable and Wendi was wonderful. The neighborhood looked a little bit rough around the edges in some places, but we were secluded in this beautiful little place, beautifully and artistically decorated, lots of attention to detail and a sweet little sitting area overlooking the river with gorgeous views. Wendi was even kind enough to offer us to come and sit in her beautiful yard as well during our stay. Highly recommend this little gem.

This clean and cute place has a full kitchen, a giant bathroom, washer and dryer, and it’s close to the Rogue River. Gold Hill is a fun place for sightseeing, fishing, and hiking. There’s a single parking spot available in front of the cute, covered porch to the unit. Great landing spot for part of your vacation! Recommend!
