Worth the money, needs a bit of a clean.

Very spacious, they let us check In early. Definitely worth the money. The beds and room were cosy and they provided all the facilities needed. Another great thing was that we were allowed a change of dates. The original booking had to be moved due to a family emergency, and the staff were helpfull enough to let us change the dates and not loose our money.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. We moved one of the beds and found an old burger king receipt. Also one of the cupboards had bits of onion skin left in it. It just could have used a good clean. There was also no TV in the room, which is a Dissapointment but not necessary as there was one in the shared kitchen. However with this being a shared kitchen, we could have done with a TV in our room instead.

Excellent value, clean and quiet.

Excellent value for money. Recently refurbished with new furniture.. Very welcome reception by Manager. Several good outlets on retail park close by. Easy to get to.

The neighbourhood is clearly impoverished and in process of regeneration. To the rear of the apartments is a Probation Office with several parking bays.

Hotel located next to a probation service, didn't include two beds as was specified and was sharing a kitchen with another apartment....

Clean, quiet, friendly staff

Was slightly worried after we read some reviews but had nothing to worry about! Rooms were spotless, kitchen and bathrooms are only shared by 2 rooms and again clean and efficient. All staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using this again !

The online reviews are really really off putting which made me extremely nervous but the new owners have gutted the place and the reviews don’t reflect this. Also cups and spoons would be nice to have in the room but not an issue with greggs breakfast up the street!

Pleasant

Had entire apartment to our selfs, we're currently homeless so anything with a roof over our head helps

The loud banging from 8 in the morning till 5 in the morning little kids screaming and crying

horrible , but is a shame as the entrance foyer looks clean, i wont mention the other residents.

mould and dead flies in the fridge, dirt and stains in the cutlery draw with no cutlery. shower plinth hanging off, no tv as stated although one was brought when asked for one. No response from management at all when i messaged them about the state of the place, the caretakers words were when told about the disgusting mould and flies in the fridge was, yes the cleaner has been off. I had to tell my worker to leave the next day as i could not have him stay in this place. ive slept on cleaner building sites.

everything, I was told I was in my own room, but I was actually sharing a whole apartment with people I didn’t know. so I cancelled my booking
