Friendly greeting.Very pleasant,and friendly host / owner.superb breakfast in morning.Parking easy,plenty of spaces.
Stairs were a problem,carrying a heavy case.No toilet in room,had to walk down a short flight of stairs to use toilet.No clock.in room.

Cleanliness, easy parking and owner / staff super friendly and helpful. He recommended a great place to eat and gave local directions. No issues with shared facilities as plenty of bathrooms and amazingly clean.
