"This was definitely a 5 Star Vacation Home. The home is very clean with everything you need to make you feel at home. The Home and area are very beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to relax after a day at a Beach. A short travel to Sanibel Beach and Fort Myers Beach gave us the ability to visit both beaches during our stay. For the Hospitality from Richard and Jane is also a 5 star. I Highly recommend this home and will definitely book again in the future.

Great stay for us. House was everything we needed and the canal location was great for quick ricer access with the boat. Communication was great from the host.

The saltwater pool and screened lanai were where we spent the majority of our time. It was private in the completely fenced yard with tall hedges and more palm trees! The street is one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood with towering palms that swayed all day lining the street!We rented a boat and parked it right out back on the canal. Dinner at Bimini Basin and lunch at the Naughty Mermaid we're just a short trip by boat.The kitchen was well stocked...even had a corkscrew for our wine on the nights we grilled at home.Rich offered a multitude of ideas on where to visit- always helpful to have a local guide! He was easy to reach and responsive to any question we had.The trip was relaxing and we had all we needed for a great stay! Will book again!

Dick and Jane were the best hosts/owners that we have dealt with while renting a home through VRBO. Our happiness was their first priority and their attentiveness to our needs exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend anyone to stay in their home. They will treat you like family while feeling at home in there beautiful well equipped home. We cannot wait to stay on their home again and highly recommend The Boathouse with Dick and Jane!!
