The main level also hosts the kitchen which has all new cabinetry with quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The open concept leads directly into the living area and the entire back of the house has a wall of glass for a breathtaking view that leads onto a large partially covered patio so you can enjoy the lake no matter where you are in the house or on the property. The lake level, has a bedroom which is furnished with a queen sized bed, with an expansive full bathroom. In addition there is a kitchenette with a spacious lounge area containing a sofa bed, two recliners, a large selection of board games, books and an 8' slate pool table. There is a beautiful view of the lake from inside that leads to a large patio to enjoy outside. There are 6 Smart TV's, (one in each living area and one in each bedroom) all of which are also connected to Spectrum Cable with over 125 channels available. There is also convenient wireless high speed internet. There is also a DVD player available for the TV's in the main living areas. Have fun on the lake and enjoy the sun with a large dock which has a perfect depth of 7' to swim and float around in the lake and to navigate your boat. It is equipped with 2 ladders to access the lake and 2 boat slips (1 covered , 1 uncovered, no lifts). There is a convenient concrete boat ramp just two hundred feet away!
