This unit is located on the right side of the building. After entering the main foyer, you are gently guided up the stairs to the main living level of this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome. The living area is an open concept kitchen, living and dining room so families can spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. There is a large flat screen TV and firestick to ensure endless options that will appease the entire family. The well-stocked kitchen, gas range, and a commercial cooler make storing supplies and preparing family meals a breeze! Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom that services the neighboring queen bedroom. The spacious master suite with king bed is located on the top floor and offers a private bathroom, balcony with ocean views, and a wet bar! Just down the hall is the laundry room and third guest room with Pyramid bunk beds and attached private bathroom – a great place for the kids to hang out and play! With two decks, ample parking, gas grill, and outdoor shower, this home has a lot to offer inside and out! My family and I stayed here for my cousin’s wedding weekend and we had a great time! The location is wonderful—walkable to a lot of different bars and restaurants, as well as being right next to the beach entrance. And the house was very clean. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back.

Everything about this house is perfect for beachgoers. The house is awesome, it has tons of room and open space, fantastic decks on two floors with ocean views. It's 50 ft from beach access an a short 1 block walk to Johnny Mercer's pier at Wrightsville Beach. There's lots of parking although I had to leave my boat at a friends house who lives close. That would be my only criticism, but I knew it going in. I lived close by for 20 years and would definitely come stay here again, and probably will.

Family of 4 with 14 yo twin boys. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was next to the beach with a nice view from the main bedroom porch which also had a swing. House was close enough to the beach that we went in for snacks and bathroom breaks. It was a very quiet location with just 5-10 min drive to most restaurants. House had huge flat screen TV which my men loved. Management company provided bathrooms towels. You have to bring your own beach towels. Room with bunk beds was very nice… queen size bottom with twin top…easily can get 6 kids in there if you have a big family/friends. Our bed was very comfortable which was nice as we are spoiled with sleep number at home. We truly enjoyed staying at this property and likely will come back. Big thank you to owners for sharing this property with us.

Convenient to the beach! Happy we could take our family dog. Nice house. The artwork is VERY large and overpowered the place. Not a big deal, but it did feel like it was taking up too much space and it wasn’t NC beachy. The upstairs porch is the best spot! Carpet is stained but it is pet friendly, otherwise clean.

This rental was in the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing stay at Wrightsville Beach! Beautiful top floor deck with a swing looking out at the ocean, huge master suite, ample beds and full bathrooms, nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Dining area seating for eight with counter seating for another four and abundant living room seating makes this property perfect for larger families. The locks on the doors take some getting used to but we had no major issues or complaints about this property. Would absolutely stay again the next time we come to the Wilmington area.

Nice unit in a great location, especially with small children. An easy walk to the beach. The professional beverage cooler was a great amenity (but it was loud when it kicked on). I must not have read the details closely enough because I did forget to pack baby gates (two were needed). We would definitely rent this house again.

This location was awesome and the place was quiet and clean. We had a better view than I was expecting. We would definitely recommend it, however, we had significant trouble with the locks on the doors. We also had trouble moving the shower door in the main floor bathroom. Both seemed to get stuck easily and appeared old. The door locks were especially inconvenient. Otherwise, we loved this location and would definitely stay again!

A Little Piece of Paradise was a perfect setting for 3 adults and 3 children to enjoy each others’ company just a few steps from the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and dining table were more than adequate to prepare and eat fabulous meals together. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed room became a clubhouse as well as a dorm. The deck off the master bedroom was another favorite place on our warmest day with a perfect view of the full moon over the ocean. Communications with Bryant Realty were smooth and effective. My only negative comment would be about the machine noise in this unit. There is a very large, grocery store-like cooler that was very noisy. We decided that we didn’t need it and turned it off. The sleeper in the queen bedroom was quite disturbed by the frequent coming on and cutting off of the heat pumps positioned outside on the back wall of the unit. It could be heard and felt all through the unit, but was mostly a problem for that bedroom while sleeping. Maybe that is only a problem in February? Overall, we were very pleased with our time there.

The house is terrific, especially if you're staying on the third floor in the master suite. The kitchen is very well equippped and it was nice to have extra blankets in the closets in case you need more weight. Dynamite location as it's easy walking distance to Johnny Mercy Pier and other local shops. The only improvement I'd suggest is having a few more beach related items available, like chairs, or boards etc...but you can easily buy those at the Wings on the island, as well. Overall, it was a terrific stay!

The property was great for us and our dogs. 1 house back from the beach. We didn’t need 3 bedrooms but we like a lot of space and this rental definitely has that. After initial call for cleaning service, I was impressed with quick response 3 arrived and saw for themselves...they tried their best to clean a few areas before family arrived from Atlanta late Sat. When preparing dinner, we discovered dirty dishes/utensils in cabinets/drawers, and loaded the dishwasher to sanitize these. Sunday we realized it had not worked; my call ignored almost 2 days, no apologies offered, no paper products offered. My request to be present when maintenance arrived to fix dishwasher was ignored as well...was told my request had not been conveyed to him. Extremely concerning during Covid to have visibly dirty dishes in cabinets, dirty utensils, no working dishwasher to sanitize plus a very nasty toliet.
The next week I hand-delivered a letter to Bryant outlining these issues and how they affected our vacation. They refunded $100 on a $5000 rental, saying this covered cleaning cost for 3 b/3 bath house. Only then did anyone apologize for their lack of service, never acknowledging the house had not been cleaned nor inspected, although their cleaning crew saw this for themselves on the late Saturday call. Tired crew had cleaned 9 houses that day and indicated this was their 3rd "call-back." I only ask them to clean the most noticeable problems.
I can recommend the property but not the management.
Having managed properties myself and retired from a career of customer service, I know personally how to work with customers and manager a property with positive results. Taking responsibility for existing problems and proper compensation offered goes a very long way in managing unfavorable conditions resulting from poor management.

Location was perfect. The beverage frig really needs to be worked on. The motor turns on every 15 to 20 minutes and drives you nuts at the dining table. Other than that we thoroughly enjoy our stay AMD beach.
