About this house rental
Modern and attractive home with outdoor pool area that has tons of entertaining space. This immaculate and serene oasis, definitely doesn't feel like Kentucky but more like the sunny shores of California! The backyard has been featured in local magazines for their attention to detail for a great entertainment space.

House features 3 bedrooms, 1 Den sleeper, 3.5 baths, fully finished basement. Each room on the first level (1 king, 1 queen) have private bathrooms, including the master which features a spa tub and separate steam shower. Another bedrooms (1 queen) in the basement has it's own private bathroom. The basement also features a game room, slot machines, stand up game console complete with pool table and oversize TV. Quiet rooms on the first floor is the perfect location to read the paper and sip coffee every morning. Large private pool in beautifully landscaped backyard complete with Brown Jordan pool furniture + outdoor propane fire pit (pool is open from spring through summer -- usually late April through early September). Top of the line appliances throughout the home.
High quality bed linens and towels adorn each bedroom and bathroom. House is stocked with shower products (soap, shampoo, conditioner) bottled water and a Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods, tea, creamer and sugar), basic condiments and spices, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.
Situated in eastern Jefferson County just blocks from restaurants, shops and bars, and a short drive to Parklands and Beckley Creek Park. Easy freeway access, close to downtown and airport and just a short 10-15 minute drive from Valhalla Golf Course or 15-20 minutes from Churchill Downs. If you're not familiar with Louisville, this is the 'happening' part of town -- you'll be just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in the city.
Rental will be limited to those in your group. There may be a maximum number of 6 people permitted in the house. We reserve the right to refuse rental to any party. Some groups may be asked to pay an additional cleaning fee or security deposit.
Check-in -- 1pm (if house is not booked prior to your arrival, early check-in may be requested)
Check-out -- 11am (if house is not booked after your departure, late check-out may be requested)
Guests are welcome to contact a private chef to cook for them during their stay. Reserved bookings assume acceptance of the above guidelines.

We arrived with our family of 5 for a short stay. I had a conference to attend and my family had the opportunity to explore Kentucky for some new fun adventures. The property was exquisite and extraordinarily clean and well maintained. It’s conveniently located to good eats and all sorts of family friendly fun. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner. Thanks for lending us your space during our visit! We appreciated the experience.

This property was perfect for the 3-couples in our group. Everything was better than pictures can relay and it truly is a very beautiful home with excellent amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our group.

The house was great and everything was as stated on the VRBO website. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. the yard and pool was perfect. It felt like our own resort. Highly reccommend!
