About this house rental

Located in Ormond By The Sea, this lovely house for $800 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Every room in our house was furnished for comfort and luxury. No need to carry your luggage; start your family vacation with an elevator ride to the main floor of our spacious Living room. With a large leather sofa sectional and large screen tv with options for all streaming services and cable. Start your morning sunrise with coffee on a second floor balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Adjacent to the living room is an expansive bright Kitchen with all the extras needed to cook any holiday meal imaginable, with a double oven and a small coffee bar with a coffee pot and a Keurig. There is even a crab pot available for use. Crab crackers and all! Seating for 8 at a large table and three extra bar seats available at the island. Making your way to the Master Suite which is furnished with a California King and sitting area all leading to a private balcony facing the ocean. A double fold out sofa with the option of two more sleeping spots completes this large room. The Master bath includes an extra large tile shower and a elongated garden tub, private loo and a double vanity which is all fit for royalty. The first guest bedroom holds two queen beds and a large closet. Don't forget to look out your own private balcony with Adirondack seating and a Swing. Next an office space with desk with wireless or wired connection available for a working vacation and printer. This space also holds a futon available for one adult sleeper or two children. Located on the floor below you can find the third and forth guest bedrooms, again each with a Queen bed. Decorated with a feel for the Tropics, both of these rooms also have Roku tv's that are ready for late night viewing. A shared full bath with a full size shower tub and double vanity sink. An open laundry room with washer and dryer also holds all beach and pool towels needed for your stay. Our "Harley" family room has a leather couch/love seat and a large screen tv to watch a game. A full size billiard table with all accessories is yours for use. This area also holds a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and a frozen drink machine to make Margaritas! When the sun is out, head out to the large pool (heated upon request for an extra fee). Pool floaties and pool noodles included, as well as child bubbles for those who are still learning to swim. The outdoor kitchen with bar seating and grill for outdoor dinners or drinks by the pool.There is even an extra full size refrigerator in the pool room to house food and beverages, as well as an ice machine and a fifth private restroom. Enter via keyless home entry into our large garage with two bay parking, a sixth bathroom with shower and toliet as well as a second washer and dryer, perfect for towels and suits after a beach visit. All needed beach chairs and beach toys, kites for flying, sidewalk chalk and bubbles. Boogie boards and beach umbrellas are available inside the garage as well as coolers for beach use and a wagon to tow it all across the street to the Ocean. An outside rinsing station will help keep the beach at bay! Have kids?? This is the place for your entire family. We offer a Pack-N-Play, and high chair and a baby monitor, as well as toddler and young kids games and puzzles, crayons and coloring books and an assortment of Little People toys. Adult games and cards are options for late nights or rainy days. Please join us in making your memories in our home year after year!

There's not enough room here to explain how great this home is! So beautiful that my now husband and i got married on the beach, in the morning across the street!!! There was pleanty of room for all of us. The home was extremely clean with lots of extra supplies in case we forgot something. That was a major plus. The extra ice maker to fill our coolers was a great touch to refill our coolers on hot days. Great communication with the property manager who is extremely sweet and thoughtful. Can't wait to stay here again with our family.

Where do I start? There is so much I could say about this vacation home. Our family absolutely loved this home! The views of the ocean from the home are beautiful! The pool was warm (the family really appreciated this). The outdoor bar, bathroom, ice maker and extra refrigerator are AWESOME! This property has so many amenities and extras! We were impressed with how everything was thought of. From the little things in the kitchen like spices, Tupperware for leftovers, dish soap and the nicest pots and pans we have ever seen in a vacation rental home to all the beach chairs and umbrellas to laundry detergent. It was so nice to not have to worry about bringing or buying those things! Shawna, the property manager, is so nice and easy to work with. She’s very helpful answered our questions in a timely manner. My family would definitely love to come back and stay at this home again. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the week!

Love this amazing beach house. Everything just perfect, from the ocean view on the balcony to the pool. Many night just on the porch or talking on the couch. Enjoyed the time with family & friends just being together at this beautiful place. Shawna is the best vrbo experience every!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at “Seas the Day” on Ormond Beach. Shawna was an incredible host who went out of her way to make our stay as perfect as possible. She sent us pictures of things included in the house, provided us with recommendations of local attractions and restaurants and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. By far, the best host our family has worked with! The house was equipped with everything you need and you can seriously pack just your clothes! There were tons of beach essentials, all the household appliances you could need (especially the awesome margaritaville machine!), and plenty of space for all of the family to feel comfortable! The proximity to the beach is incredible! Literally walk out the door, cross the street (which isn’t too busy) and walk down the steps onto the sand!

The perfect spot for our family of twelve to vacation together. It was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners and the bar area with a pool table was nice for the adults to relax. The beach view from all the decks was amazing! The pool was also a great time for the kids when they were finished with the beach. Definitely a top notch vacation choice!

This gorgeous house was a perfect spot for our extended family (12 people - from toddlers to grandparents) to celebrate Christmas and spend a week together. Shawna was an absolute gem - best host I have ever worked with! The house was under some construction when we were there, but Shawna worked with us to find solutions to all our concerns. The location was so great - right across from the beach and in between Daytona and St. Augustine if you want shopping or day trip activities. The house itself is great for a large group - lots of space inside and out to spread out or gather together. We loved having the outdoor pool for lazy afternoons and swimming with the little ones. All in all - a great trip and we can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful week in this fully equipped, spacious home. This was our yearly family vacation and was by far one of the best. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us (10) and room for us to congregate to swim, play pool, watch television or play board games. The location is perfect…easy beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We will return.

This property and the manager were wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Directly across from a beach access, close enough to stores to go out and get something but far enough away to not have tons of traffic. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool was great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
