The staff were lovely and the bathroom was clean. It’s a bit far from the historic centre, and the room could do with updating. It was very cheap though so good value for money overall.
The beds were a bit hard.

Staff are really sweet and the place is cozy
I had one slight inconvenience but I don’t want to judge the place from it. Also when entering I had to put the duvet in the sheets myself and the pillows are clumpy

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is great and quite close to even walk to shops and restaurants and some of the old buildings. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a family house converted to hotel / family members live in the same house. Room and bathroom are very big.
Hotel is far away from all the places to visit. The walk to Registan square takes 40 min, to the bazar is longer , to Amir mausoleum 33 min. Depending on the place you are visiting , you may have to walk uphill too .
The room wasn’t cleaned in 4 days , we had to ask for water and soap to be replenished.
Breakfast is buffet. BUT only watermelon, melon tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh . All the pastries, other fruits, cheese were either dry, hard or seemed to be prepared many days before being served. We met only 4 other guests during our 4 days stay so I guess it’s better to have little a la carte food served fresh than more variety, but not good tasting.
