Modern bed, modern toilet
Breakfast was okay i liked the bleen russian pancake, fruits from Uzbekistan are all incredibly sweet!
The shower gown was tearing i don't know how many years people wore it haha it was not nice to see....
Even if you close the curtain still it's not fully dark but if you are not sensitive with light like me you will be fine. For me i need eye mask if it's not totally dark.
Famous places are not really close but you just call taxi to gur amir and from there you can walk to next place.
Just for your information, The door is very slim and connected to like lobby and isle , once you open door you will see 10 other rooms so if anyone makes noise you might hear , but when i stayed it was quiet.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for us as we were traveling with a toddler. The breakfast was tasty with variety and fresh every morning. Location was easy to navigate to all your sightseeing. We would stay here again and recommend for your next travels.

We were able to check in late after a late train arrival
The bed was very hard, we found somewhere else more comfortable. Noise transfer from interior courtyard
