The room was spacious and clean. We were very pleased that there was enough space for both of our suitcases on the luggage rack. Upon our request, we were also provided with two chairs in the room. There is a kettle in the room, and they provide free water and tea every day. The breakfast was hearty and varied. The lady in the breakfast room was extremely kind, always trying to please us with some special local food. Overall, we spent a good time here, even if it wasn't our best accommodation in Uzbekistan.
The hotel is located next to a busy road, still there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Unfortunately, our room windows faced the road, making it noisy. The breakfast room is in the attic, where everything is painted stark white. This makes the sloping ceiling hard to see, and several of us bumped the heads. Putting pictures or patterns on the slope would easily fix this. There is no elevator in the property, which can cause some inconvenience if you are no longer very young. The staff at the reception seemed a bit bored, and except for one person, they didn't speak English. When we wanted to go down to the swimming pool, they didn't seem to be smitten with the idea, even though nobody else was there. The swimming pool was nice, although the water was a bit cold, and the sauna was not working.

Большая площадь «Люкса» огромная и удобная кровать. Весь пол в ковре, хоть и местами с пятнами
«Люкс» из материалов низкого качества, плохая уборка, грязный санузел с остатками жизнедеятельности других гостей, холодная платка в ванной комнате, вонь из канализации, протекают умывальник и раковина (даже ведро подставлено под слив), продувает закрытое окно в спальной комнате. Отсутствует звукоизоляция везде - ночью слышно всё, что на улице (в том числе через некачественное окно), слышны голоса и шаги из коридора будто вообще нет дверей. Слышны ночью гудящие трубы и вентиляция? из всего здания, звуки канализации соседних номеров - а ты пытаешься спать ночью…
Персонал всеми силами пытается противостоять оплате картой через терминал (то не нужно сейчас, то разряжен, то сделайте перевод на карту, то снимите наличные в банкомате, то не работает терминал) Это очень смешно
