excellent hotel! We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, and high-quality service.

Staff was very responsive and easy to work with. Even spoke a little English. Rooms were clean. Nice pool. Owner / operator is near by and very responsive. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would probably come back another time.
Several things about the hotel fit into a pattern of trying to operate on a budget and not anticipating client's needs. We got there and had to ask for blankets for the beds. The AC wasn't turned on ahead of time and my kids bedroom took 5 hours to heat. Another day the electricity for the whole block went out for 5 hours on the hottest day of the year. This one was not their fault, but they also didn't have a generator of any kind. We had to ask for toilet paper when we were out and they didn't always refill the water. The AC in our room was draining directly onto the bathroom floor until they brought us a bucket. It should have been set up to go right into the drain or drain somewhere else. They had a "spa" but the sauna's were an extra cost and the paid massage didn't happen because the massage specialist couldn't be bothered to come to the hotel for one person, or it was too hot. And granted it was very hot those days - the hottest of the year. So you get a responsive customer service , but not an anticipatory one.
