This home is beautifully decorated and located right on the Rio Grande River, with over 3,000-square-feet of living space to spread out in, making this home perfect for your next vacation with family and friends! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 20 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of the River wash by. Inside, you'll find an all-wood interior dressed in ski décor, comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and high, vaulted ceilings. There are two main living areas, so the adults can enjoy a quiet evening while the kids are living it up in the game/recreation room. You'll have two kitchens, four bedrooms, and two lofts, an ideal space for a family get-together. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, queen beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, a twin in the first loft, and two queens in the second loft. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There is a door bell camera at the front door. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Relaxing house on the river with lots of rooms to separate. Everyone could watch their on TV, use their bathroom and with 2 Kitchens cook what you want when you want and clean your dishes. Balcony was always available with running river and squirl visitor.

The location was great! The house is in a state of disrepair that leaves a lot to be desired. It gave you the distinct feeling that this house was only to make the owners the maximum amount of revenue. Now if upkeep had been proper I would not complain about this!

The house was very amenable to our needs. Plenty of space, everything worked well, and it was fun to gave a ping pong table on site! For a house that sleeps 12, I’d expect more than two people to shower before hot water runs out, though. The location served our ski needs well, and Ramon’s was a good, convenient dining option. We would certainly consider this property for future trips to Wolf Creek for skiing.

The house was perfect - massive, beautiful, and comfortable, right on the Rio Grande River; we couldn’t have imagined a better place! Gorgeous hiking trails within walking distance were an added bonus. Hope to come back again!

We loved the arrangement of the house. Lots of places to tuck away, separate into groups, or just get some privacy. Easy to get to. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Well appointed. Deck above the river was fantastic. I only wish it hadn't needed cleaned before it could be used.

2 couples and 6 kids from 9-15. Kids had their own “wing” of the house which we all loved with their own tv, living room kitchen bathrooms/shower etc. Tons of room, kitchen was great, everything was clean, garage was heated which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family just completed an amazing 5 night stay at Hidden Springs. The cabin was clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to the town of South Fork AND close to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The cabin has a great layout that works well for 2 families or for a separate kids loft. I highly recommend this place and will return again.

Our stay at the cabin was great. We had some concerns with a couple of issues and when I asked about them , the concerns were forwarded to the local management team but had no response. When I followed up , my email was blocked!

Our stay at the cabin was great. We had some concerns with a couple of issues and when I asked about them , the concerns were forwarded to the local management team but had no response. When I followed up , my email was blocked!

House was very accommodating. Lots of room for people to spread out. Kitchens were well stocked with cookware and dishes. Clean. Great location. Only two minor hiccups- master bathroom shower was not great and not much hot water on main part of house .

Great cabin with lots of space. Had a mix of ages and the property was perfect. Great location with easy access to both south fork and pagosa springs. Only 15 minutes to the ski area. Cabin was stocked well with kitchen items and bedding/bath items.

Very spacious home - great for large group
This home is very very spacious if you have a large group this would be perfect!
It was clean and for the most part had everything we needed for our fall stay. We rented UTV's so the long driveway was perfect to park the trailer. Internet worked great. Close to grocery.
This home is nicely decorated and definitely has a cabin feel. Did I mention that the home has so much room...you definitely can all spread out and have your private time and two large areas to gather in.
The river does run right behind the house. The highway runs on the other side of the river and it is loud. Also note that you need to bring lawn chairs with you if you want to sit out on the deck as the furniture needs cushions and there are none. The bedroom 2 lists king -queen on the listing but it was a queen. The kitchen pots, pans, and appliances really need updating. Several of the kitchen and dining room chairs legs were very wobbly. We just found the best ones and used those as there was only 4 of us. Also note, that while it looks like there are 3 garages to park in one is locked and the other one is full.

The home was so well appointed for different age groups, and so perfect right on the river, which you could hear from two of the bedrooms. Back deck furniture and kitchen pots and pans need updating, but everything else was ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is perfect for families and the creek running behind the house made for fun fishing during our stay. We'll be back.

Incredible mountain group getaway
The pictures of this home are beautiful and do not disappoint! When we drove through the neighborhood to the house, we immediately loved it and felt safe. The home itself is perfect for large groups! It is decorated beautifully... just like a mountain/river home should be! Between the two living areas and spacious dining room we had plenty of room to hang out and play games together, and even space left over for those who just wanted to chill out after a day of skiing. The deck was covered in snow so we didn't venture out to spend time on it or the river but would LOVE to go back in the spring or summer for a second stay. Diane was a very attentive host who was there with information and help when we needed her.
All the beds were warm and comfortable.
Kitchen was stocked with all the essential tools for cooking.
Water pressure was very good in the showers.
We cooked at the house a couple of nights . The grocery in town had everything we needed. and we ate out a few nights, too. Great restaurants in town,
Although the decor was beautiful, the house was homey so I didn't feel like I had to watch my 5 grandkids from breaking something. (too much) :)
Location to Wolf Creek was great! It took us about 30 minutes to get there the first morning because a fresh snow (blizzard) occurred the day before we got there. The next 3 days it only took 20 minutes and its a gorgeous drive!
We felt like the rental fee was a bargain for the square footage of the house and all it's amenities. And then it was time to go... easy! Just put the dirty towels in the bathtubs, turn the heat down a little, and take the trash out!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this house so much! It was the perfect vacation spot for us and we will definitely return!
